We had a rest at the end of the summer of 2023.
The pros are great rooms and a stunning bungalow!
Good breakfasts.
The sea is here!
There are few people on the beach.
Shizlong and umbrellas - everything is there.
At night it is quiet and peaceful.
The girl from the staff is a cook, an amazing person. Customer-oriented and responsive.
Delicious coffee.
Cons - when we moved from the room to the bungalow, we were upset that the air conditioner did not pull. Either the house itself is made of such a material that it gets very hot, or the conduits are so "good".
Thanks again to Cook for brightening up our stay at this hotel!

We had a vacation with my husband in mid-October. I liked the hotel. The purest beautiful sea is right next to us, we had time to swim, swim on our boots, the view from the window, accordingly, is incredible.
Delicious breakfasts.
An ideal place to recover, take a break from the hustle and bustle, very sparsely populated.
From the comments: the mattress is too soft, the back starts to hurt after sleeping)
It would be great to make some kind of hanger at the entrance for outerwear, not a single hook. And some kind of small dryer in the room for towels and clothes.

The hotel is small, cozy, located right on the shore, on a sandy beach, ten steps to the sea in the truest sense. Rooms with balconies with first-class sea views, in the morning you can have a cup of coffee and meet the sunrise, in the evening you can admire the sunset. The place itself is very beautiful. I really liked the hotel. The rooms are clean, a good bed, nice bed linen, fresh white towels for everyone. The room has a hairdryer, refrigerator, kettle, air conditioning. There are free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, there is enough for everyone.The sea is literally 10 steps away. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts, not semi-finished products, they cook themselves. A small minus- sometimes the lights were turned off, but as we understood, this is a phenomenon all along the coast. They were turned off for a short time. We will be happy to come here again!

We rested in a chalet for 11,000 for two. I think the price is only for the view.
On the plus side: we were settled before 14 o'clock, good view, clear sea, not as crowded as on the neighboring beaches, good WiFi, delicious breakfasts, no music.
Minuses:
1. There is no shelf in the shower
2. The dryer is rusty, ruined my white T-shirt.
3. The beach is not crowded, so some leftist people constantly come, no one expels them. I'm also tired of photographers with their clients. You're lying like this on a sunbed, and they're still squinting at you so displeased that you're lying down here, you see, and spoiling their background.
4. The mountain behind the houses does not inspire confidence. At 3 a.m. there was a crash on the roof, we jumped out and the neighbors from the next house too. It turns out that stones from the mountain flew down the roofs. It's scary to imagine what will happen if an earthquake shakes a little.
5. When checking in, the rooms did not have any of the usual soap accessories. They didn't even put a bottle of water on.
6. There is nowhere to go for a walk in the evening. The shops are far away, go either along the beach or along a dusty road. Cars are constantly driving, you come covered in dust.
7. The doors in the houses close very badly. As a result, one day we went to breakfast, but we could not return to the house. The administrator, Julia, was called. She was running back and forth, trying to call someone, referring to the fact that she was not a man and that it was a day off, it was difficult to find someone. At the same time, we were sitting in the open sun without water, sunscreen and a toilet. A husband with rotavirus and fever. To my question, where can I go to the toilet, since my husband is ill, Julia replied that she could not go anywhere. I followed her, she ran away and freaked out, and when asked, she typed that she was trying to solve OUR problem. That's the whole answer about the service. As a result, none other than another vacationer went to open the door with an axe. Then he also tells his husband:What didn't you open yourself? Well, give me 11k, and then solve "your" problems yourself. No one even apologized for this situation, not to mention compensating for the time we sat under the blazing sun waiting for a miracle.

A sandy, clean beach, a calm sea - we have not seen this on our and Abkhazian coasts yet! The rooms are a separate kind of buzz - clean, panoramic, the sea splashes under the balcony! The breakfasts are delicious and beautiful, there are saps, photos on the saps will be a fire here! And the most exciting thing is it's sparsely populated, almost alone on the beach! I will be happy to recommend the hotel!

One of the advantages is a great place for privacy. It is a bit like Crimea in this part of Abkhazia. The place is really magical, you feel very close to nature.
I came out of the house - and here you have the sea right away, right away, right away, as if you were sleeping in it).
Coffee and drinks can be taken at the cafe at the hotel.
On the downside, there were minor difficulties with electricity, which caused the air conditioner to work intermittently.

Overall, I liked everything.
Perfect location, friendly staff.
The advantages include the sea and the sun, everything is nearby.
We rested for 10 days, everything was fine.
If we talk about the disadvantages, then probably the furniture and the sagging mattress, but these are little things that you can forget while at sea.

For those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, this is the best place. The sea and solitude have their own beach. There are sun beds and umbrellas. They are fed delicious breakfasts. There are sometimes power outages, but there are more advantages. Cleaning and linen change every 3 days. Clean, cozy, friendly staff. We are coming here for the 2nd time and will return here again.

We lived in the chalet from 22.06 to 30.06, everything was fine. The house is clean, fairly fresh renovation and furniture. A separate thrill is waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the sea, swimming at night. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty.

There is a stench of human waste products on the territory near the hotel
In my opinion, the price does not correspond to reality at all.
For the same amount, we had a rest in a luxury hotel a week earlier.

Friends, this is the coolest hotel in Pitsunda Bay! We lived in a 6-room house on the 2nd floor, we couldn't hear the neighbors. Strangely enough, but good sound insulation) there is a separate balcony, there is a table and two armchairs, in the evenings we sat, drank white wine and looked at the starry sky, counted satellites) advice - if you are interested, take binoculars, or better yet a telescope, now there are compact ones). So, clean, bright rooms, friendly receptionists, very tasty breakfasts, and most importantly - the sea)) it's right 10 steps away. Come to them, you won't regret it! We stayed in this hotel for two days. I want an adequate assessment. The price is clearly too high and is taken, apparently, only because of the location. The location is excellent from the point of view of aesthetics (the sea is clean, sand, there are almost no people), from the point of view of infrastructure it is not very good. Shops, cafes and canteens are 15 minutes by the sea or along a dusty road, there is no parking. We rented a house for 4 people.(2 adults and 2 children) the room is very cramped, the bed and sofa occupy almost all the space. The light works intermittently. On the veranda, only 2 people can sit at the table, it will not be possible to eat with a family. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, but lunch and dinner should either go to a cafe or buy something ready. The hotel staff will allow you to warm up in the microwave and share the appliances. But you can't cook anything yourself. Well, an unpleasant moment. Take cash! When booking, a notification is sent to the mail that you can pay by transfer, and upon check-in they say that only in cash. This may become a problem because the nearest ATMs are only in Pitsunda and then with a commission. And the staff makes round eyes and says that there can't be such a letter. Of course, these are small things, but it can be very unpleasant. Since you will have to go for 700 rubles to Pitsunda and for the same amount back. Unpleasant expenses

We were at the hotel in the fall of 2023.
The location of the hotel is gorgeous, a couple of seconds and you're at sea!
The room is cozy and clean, everything you need to relax is there.

We rented a chalet for 1 day.
The chalet is on the beach, the view is gorgeous, there are sun loungers and an umbrella.
One of the disadvantages is an uncomfortable, sagging mattress. There were power outages, the air conditioner was not working well, it was very stuffy.
It is suitable for a day, for an atmospheric evening, I do not recommend it for a longer period.

This hotel is unique because of its location. I would say that he is not at sea, but right in the sea! There is accommodation in the main building and in nearby houses. Everything is new with amenities. The receptionist is a friendly and attentive woman.
The house comfortably accommodates two children. We were in December, warming up with air conditioning, listening to the sea.
Due to local peculiarities, it is better to bring food and drinking water to the hotel with you.

A wonderful hotel right on the beach, I'm going there for the fourth time. There are 6 rooms in total, all with sea views!
Despite its small size, the hotel is very cozy. In any weather, the room is warm and dry.

We stayed at this hotel twice in 2022 and 2023. This is not the first time we have been in Abkhazia, we have been vacationing there for 1.5 months and always live in several hotels for 5-10 days. On average, we stay in 6-8 places during the summer. So, in my opinion, this is one of the best places. The sea, the sand, the beach, and the view from the window is just super. The hostess Julia is client-oriented, tries to make everyone feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh. Thanks to dear Cook for that. The store is next to it, as well as the sandy beach restaurant, where it is very tasty and the price is good, if you go further to the castle hotel, then there is a dining room. If you intend to get a cashback for paying for your vacation, you will not be able to do this with this hotel. It's a pity (The administrator explains it dryly. Customer focus is zero. There is a kitchen, but they won't let you use it. Clothes are washed for a fee. There are not enough sun beds and umbrellas at peak time, whoever managed to eat it. The nearest store is about 20 minutes on foot, and the nearest normal establishment is the same.
Verdict, the place is great, the management is disgusting. The price does not correspond to the content of the word at all.
Only a female employee saved the situation. She's a cook and a technical staff, a reaper and a seamstress. If it wasn't for her, we would have left in 2 days. Cook, if you read this message, I want to thank you again for your attitude towards vacationers) you are super!

There is no road to the hotel at ALL, there is bare sand, the nearest civilization is 20-30 minutes by car. There is no parking. There are a couple of places behind the hotel by the garbage dump along the "road" after the rain it smells terribly musty..
