I was in this store. I still did not understand where such a rating of the store came from. There is no choice of tiles from the word, just like the staff. In order for you to find a consultant, you need to try hard. In 20 minutes of being in the store, no one came up to us. There was no one else but my wife and me. We went shopping in the hope that someone might come up to us, but we didn't wait. There's probably one salesman there, he's also a Loader, he's also a consultant. It's not worth wasting time on this store.

Достаточно хороший и разнообразный выбор напольных покрытий и обоев. Был найден интересующий линолеум, причем попали на акцию и прилично сэкономили. Хотел поставить пять звёзд, но ставлю четыре за доставку. Привезли во-первых позже чем обещали, хотя мне нужно было уезжать и предупреждал об этом, а во-вторых когда распаковал обнаружил чёрное пятно. Хорошо, что оно быстро отмылось, но всё равно неприятно.

We wanted to buy a tile, went into the store, wandered alone for 5 minutes, a consultant came and asked "Maybe we are looking for something specific," we told. As a result, the consultant left and we watched for 15 minutes ourselves, took out all the tiles ourselves. And when they wanted to clarify the availability, they could not find a consultant for 5 minutes, as if they were alone. And when the consultant came, our tiles were not available, we were disappointed and left, the consultant did not even offer alternative options. I put 0 for the attitude towards customers. I will not recommend this store to anyone.

Ехала целенаправленно с заводского района , чтобы купить ламинат и плитку для ремонта на всю квартиру, пробыла в магазине около 30 минут, приехала с замерами комнат, но все продавцы кто "сидел" в телефонах, кто разговаривал друг с другом, в магазине на тот момент было кроме меня ещё 2 покупателя, которые тоже смотрели что-то... Для меня это было большим удивлением, что ко мне даже никто не подошёл и не помог, я развернулась и ушла, решила, что у этих продавцов наверное от выручки не зависит зарплата.

Хороший магазин. Большой выбор ламината, линолеума, плитки, обоев. Персонал вежливый. Цены нормальные. Принимают заказы, перезванивают. Есть скидки, зависят от объема закупленного товара. В одном месте можно купить все для пола и стен!!!!

Очень хороший магазин с хорошим выбором современных обоев. Все обои покупаем у них. Когда мы просчитались и не хватило одной трубки, в магазине постарались и нашли нам трубку из той же партии. Кроме обоев там большой выбор полов, в принципе, ценник как везде, но ассортимент очень хороший. Переодически проводят акции со скидками. И продавцы очень отзывчивые, если нужна помощь с радостью все покажут/расскажут, а если хочешь самостоятельно посмотреть- не навязываются

Я такого выбора обоев не видела ни в одном магазине. Сразу видно, что индивидуальный подход к своим покупателям. Жалею, что раньше не посетила этот магазин. Видела на стекле магазина, что для пенсионеров есть скидки. Спасибо, что Вы есть! Рекомендую всем, кто затеял ремонт!

Покупали в данном магазине линолеум. Т.к. цельный кусок не проходил по габаритам,было принято решение, разрезать на две части. Когда пришло время стелить его на пол,обнаруживается ,что один кусок по длине ,короче второго на 50 см! О чем незамедлительно было сообщено в магазин,где было сказано: "Так может вы сами это отрезали,а нам тут претензии предъявляете. Ничем не можем помочь ." Цена вопроса конечно копейки, а отношение к клиенту отвратительное. Будте бдительны, проверяйте все сразу после покупки, а то пока денежку не отдали перед вами лебезят, а потом что случится (по их вине)" Ничем не можем помочь !"
