Polite staff. Keep the brand that way. Great food. The cook is a godsend. A beautiful hall and a nice view from the window. The owner of the establishment has taste. It seems like an ordinary cafe, and they don't seem to bring a menu, but how cool they do everything.

The first time I was there, there was a strange attitude on the part of the manager and the barista, they did not serve as they cleaned everything early and did not expect anyone to come. But not so long ago, when I went there, I asked to make a simple sandwich and a drink. It's the tastiest sandwich I've ever tasted in the city. We implemented a universally accepted idea, put books down. That is, sit and read like in a library. But why not implement this feature to the fullest, give the opportunity to take home to read, as is customary again all over the world?
I took out one book (the intern did not know what was not allowed), read it at home and returned it half a day later.
I came, ordered coffee again and, with the intern's permission, took a second book for a day. I leave the cafe, and a girl runs out into the street after me and says to return it, because you can't take it out.
Why? Don't you trust your customers?
Is it so distrusted everywhere in Kazakhstan?
Sorry. I thought I'd found a coffee shop with a customer focus, but alas.
With this approach, prices are too high here. There is no value to pay for it.
