I want to leave my feedback about working with FransAuto. I contacted a company to deliver a car from the EU and was very pleased with the cooperation.
The company's staff showed high professionalism and efficiency in solving all issues. They explained to me all the details of the delivery, as I was faced with this for the first time.
The organization has clearly fulfilled all its obligations: the car was delivered on time and in the agreed condition. In addition, the company's specialists provided all the necessary information about customs clearance and paperwork.

I want to share my work history with this company. Due to the high prices for "cars" on the RB market and the inability to buy something decent, I decided to consider the option of buying a car abroad. I spent a very long time looking through companies, reading reviews, checking companies for UNP, I found a lot of inconsistencies and there was a fear of entrusting my money to someone I didn't understand. Having studied Fransauto's company, I was pleased with the absence of lawsuits, compliance with the type of activity and a clean history. I contacted Nikolay's manager, answered all the questions very promptly and told him about all the pitfalls that might arise, and based on my budget, I selected examples of cars that I can count on. My choice fell on the renault scenic 4. Working with me was difficult due to my frequent absence from the country, but we were able to sign a contract remotely and after making an advance payment through the ERIP system, we started selecting cars. Nikolai was in touch all the time and sent me options that met my Technical Requirements from the contract, and he answered any questions very promptly, even on weekends and in the evening. We have participated in 8 auctions all the time, we won everywhere, but the seller did not agree with the price. But after 4 weeks, we found a decent option and won. After our victory, Nikolai told me step by step about my further actions, everything was chewed out in detail. I made all the payments and after 3 weeks I received my car. All customs documents were prepared correctly and the traffic police had no problems with the delivery of the car for registration.
