I brought an ipad mini2 to this workshop, which worked without problems for more than 10 years, after which the Home button stopped working and the battery quickly began to discharge. As a result, instead of the agreed period of one week, the repair was delayed for a month, and the price of 110 rubles increased to 150 without approval, and already after the issue of the tablet from repair. Subsequently, the replaced button turned out to be a touch glass with a button assembly, which was also not announced in advance, and so low-quality that the magnetic sensor for opening/closing the case stopped working, and the button worked poorly from the first days, and after a month and a half it completely failed.
In general, the button was not repaired and the magnetic sensor was broken.
When discussing these problems, the master talked impudently, and no, to at least apologize, he accused me that I pushed the button (I managed not to push the original one for 10 years) and came to make claims, and accused the tablet that it would be better if he did not contact him, because he could not even make money on it. So who is to blame for this? The word incompetence fits here.
In fairness, I note that he offered to re-glue the button, but I do not know what this means and fearing that after another such repair something else will stop working, I refused.
We did it promptly and sold the original spare part for an adequate amount, I am satisfied with the quality, I will contact you again in case of problems.Respect to the master, everything was quickly agreed. I recommend the workshop
