Pleasant discounts for students, an abundance of exercise equipment and, most importantly, good trainers. I was immediately asked what I eat, they were attentive to my capabilities and put the technique in the exercises. Of course, this will not replace personal interest in results and knowledge of theory, but still it is a huge plus. All of the above happened on the day I paid for personal coaching. On the day when I was studying for a subscription, I was also put on the right path with regard to the simulators that I saw for the first time. I didn't notice the disadvantages of the gym, there are always enough exercise machines and you never stand in line.
