Nice hotel, cozy. The owner speaks Russian well, is very responsive, polite.A very decent breakfast. In general, I recommend it. The price tag is very humane.

The air conditioner did not work for heating (it was cold outside). The hostess did not allow you to use the common kitchen after 17 o'clock (so as not to disturb the grandfather who lives there next door) In general, it felt like you were bothering everyone there with your presence. It's like you're not in a hotel, but you've come to friends who didn't invite you)

It's very dirty there! The bed linen is stained , all the doors do not work, the towels are gray. Unfortunately, I can't leave a review on the booking, as I canceled the reservation. But they charged us for the day . In general, the attitude is terrible .At first, everyone speaks Russian. Then when you say that something is wrong with them , they do not immediately say , they make claims that we are in Georgia and should speak Georgian. They started shouting .
