We had our annual company retreat at Four Seasons. Most of the things were very good to excellent. The only negative things I found are: internet is very poor and breakfast is very poor quality. The rest of the resort is really good. I highly recommend the Four Seaons.

The level of the recreation area is excellent. The impressions are only good, my daughter liked it, which is a priority for me. We will definitely come back. The rooms are clean, warm, and all bathrooms are available.
There is a kettle, but there was not enough tea set (tea, sugar...). But these are small things.
The food in the cafe is very tasty.

We came here for the first time, to Nauryz. Due to the holiday weekend, it turned out to be a little more expensive, but in general, we did not spare the money spent. The rooms are cozy and clean. There are both indoor and outdoor pools. You could only bring a barbecue, a cake, fruits and baby food with you, which is why you were worried about the local food. But after having lunch at the cafe, we were pleasantly surprised by both the prices and the portions - very tasty. It is also worth noting that due to the force majeure, instead of three families, two went and, accordingly, rented only 2 rooms instead of the three booked, but at the reception they transferred the deposit amount to the account of 2 rooms without any problems, as a result, they did not lose anything in money.
P.S. In honor of Nauryz, pilaf, kurt, baursaks were distributed for free and a show program was organized.

The room is nice, the music set is weird, the pools are good. Breakfast is quite modest, boiled eggs are cold. There are dirty dishes in the hallway for an hour and a half, after those who ordered food in the room. There is no water or tea in the room. It's slippery around the pool, the territory is not heated, and therefore the water freezes immediately. It was quite crowded on weekdays. There is a store on site, the prices are quite high.

The advertisement says that there are drinks in the minibar in the room. In the end , there was nothing . For such a price , they could have provided at least drinks . The prices for the kitchen and in the store are simply off the charts . There are not even tea or coffee bags . There is no water to put in the kettle . The water in the store is like an airplane wing. For 116 thousand for two , it 's kind of very modest . We will definitely not go to this place anymore .

After the Eco park recreation area, this area is more comfortable in terms of living conditions, the pools are slightly smaller and there are fewer of them here, although the bathrobes are clean, they are all torn and with holes, but nevertheless we are completely satisfied, although at a price and not cheap for 2 adults and 2 children I paid 102,000 per day! There is no zoo like in Eco Park, there are also no water slides! I would come back here again sooner yes than no, but next time we'll go to the All Season and see what's there

Good day! I would like to share my impressions of the recreation area. Take popcorn and drinks, we'll sit down more comfortably, because it will probably take a long time to read the writings.
We decided to come as a family to the hot springs (date from 06/19/2024 to 06/21/2024) and check into the hotel after the fact (without armor). Since we have already been several times and mainly in the All seasons recreation area (we always booked before), but there was no place there and we decided to look for it in the vicinity and with good reviews. My wife found this place Four Seasons. We came here, the very first thing we saw was a parking lot with a canopy + a large one and a charger for electric cars (like so to speak). There is a large stage, good equipment, a spa center, there are gazebos and an evening bonfire with benches, a sports and children's playground, pools with different temperatures, a good spa center, pools are cleaned, in general, the hotel and the territory of the institution are 4 out of 5 (minus 1 point due to the stuffiness at the reception and in the cafe)
And now let's start with the meeting of the guests, there is no one at the reception, they waited 5 minutes or more, then a woman came (she turns out to be the cafe administrator), but she didn't really know and called the reception staff on the radio. The room was stuffy, although the air conditioners were on. It was even more fun when we checked into the room, the door was open and there was a bucket with a mop, although the time was after 14.00 (the rooms should have been ready). We rented a room with 2 double beds, with a private terrace and a view of the pool area, the room is spacious and with all amenities, the cost per day is 52000tg. And we checked in for 2 days and a summer discount was valid if from 2 days and more than 20%. As a result, 83,000 came out. Two disadvantages - 1) there is no HOT WATER (ate ate warmed up) And the water pressure is very weak, 2) they do not give water, there is a kettle and two mugs in the room, there is no tea or coffee (for such amounts of money for rooms), maybe I do not know something or do not understand, just like it would be a small thing, but noticeable. For example, in All seasons it is cheaper at times and they give water every day and there is coffee / tea in the room, as well as breakfast and lunch on weekdays (buffet and everything delicious, as well as in cafes and corridors it is cool everywhere).

During lunch in the cafe, the waiter guy talks quietly and did not introduce himself, and also the smell of sweat reeked from him, which spoiled my appetite, they ordered guira tsomyan for me, ganfan lagman for my wife and manta rays for my daughter, dishes from 5 points 3, ordered a drink fanta and it was without gas, and asked to replace or call the administrator and she replied, it's not my fault, but the supplier's, although they are responsible, once they accepted the goods, etc., and here we are in general, after not being satisfied, the administrator removed the fanta from the order. And breakfast is terrible, how is this possible for such money for rooms, and then not a buffet, but a choice. Only tea and compote, but where is the coffee the big question?! Also, the waiter did not finish listening to the order, accepted it, and although the wife said wait, I'll call my husband and find out what will happen. His wife asked him what types of breakfast there was: only one porridge (rice), boiled egg, omelette, fried eggs. She just said boiled aloud, although she just said wait, and he had already punched the order. We ate as I changed the order, that's what we need. In short, the impression of the meal was not very good and the WAITER stank of sweat as well as yesterday, then the cafe was stuffy, the air conditioner was on and did not cool down from the word at all. I ask you to take action about this waiter, all the guests felt the stuffiness.
On day 2, we decided to have lunch and dinner elsewhere, outside the hotel (we went to a cafe in Chunja itself)
As a result: we had a good rest, except for these nuances with food and with the waiter.
Do not judge strictly, it is purely my objective opinion and observation.

Cottage number 3, the location is good, none of the guests interfere with each other, music is practically not heard in the room, it is relatively quiet at night, there is noise either from the hood or from the boiler room, there were ants in the cottages, while they were poisoned and they immediately died, the floor was partially covered with dead ants At the same time, the floor was cleaned after our arrival at our request and on the second day the same story with ants, I hope this problem will be eliminated. Inside there is a sauna and a pool with hot water, the children were delighted. The bed was not quite clean, there was black hair under the pillow. Minibar, karaoke, dishes, shower, sun node everything is fine.
4. The outdoor pools are beautiful, clean, with hot water, everything is fine.
5. A restaurant without alcohol, you can bring your own, it's cool, they don't poison you with cheap drinks, you can choose what you like to your taste and purse. You can not bring food with you, you can take everything on the territory of a minimarket and a restaurant, there is everything you need. Unfortunately, the food is not as varied and not as tasty as we would like. We took a lamb kebab, the entrecote is hard, it does not chew, the wings were delicious, the cheese did not like it, fatty, the meat is not stewed, burnt, tough, in general you do not need to order it and in general it is better to remove it from the menu. Delicious suiru lagman, meat on a roaster, pizza with an interesting dough, the drinks were good.
In general, I liked everything, except for the little things. The Internet also failed, Wi-Fi was not stable, mobile Internet catches every other time.
