A good place where there are several steam rooms, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a salt room. Excellent buffet, pleasant staff. But there is a big disadvantage in all this. We visited this FOOC on February 26 (from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.) and when leaving the bowl of the large pool, my mother fell and hit her back very hard, all this was in front of the "rescuers". A young man (a lifeguard) came over and helped my mother up. The second (an older male rescuer) didn't even flinch. The lifeguard asked my mother if she was badly hurt and offered to sit down. No one else even asked about her well-being or offered a medical checkup. And the man fell and hit the side of the pool with his spine. Why put anti-slip mats around the pool or at least in the exit area of a large car? Before we entered the large bowl, a young lifeguard removed all the water from the floor, but it took 5 minutes for the water to form anew. My mother, because of her intelligence and tact, did not let me write a complaint on the spot. But now I see how her back hurts and she has a bruise on her right shoulder blade, and it is not known how this fall will affect her health in the future, because the person is 65 years old and she fell because of the wet floor, which means a violation of safety standards. What kind of trouble could there be if she hit her head on this side ? We went to rest, but in the end: a bruise, a spinal tap and injections with painkillers. Make paths along the pool so that you can go out without injury.

Nice renovated FOCE, lots of lockers. There are lockers for storage, and there is a wardrobe that gives out your clothes based on your photo. There is a large swimming pool with 3 lanes, a children's pool with a slide, a Jacuzzi, a pool with hydro massage, a salt room and 3 steam rooms. Unfortunately, 1 was not working during our visit. We came in the evening, at rush hour we can say 19 hours, so about the cons:
1) waiting in line to go inside (as I understand it, there aren't that many lockers
2) steam rooms are not suitable for bath lovers, the heat is weak
3) 1 of the steam rooms did not work
4) sooo many people in the steam room are not comfortable, you stand like on a bus
5) unfortunately, we found only paid Parking, right next to the building, the availability of free parking from the FOC- we did not find
I think when visiting on weekdays, in the morning, you can have a good rest.
There is a gym, good hair dryers, thanks for that!
As it is, everything is new, so overall the visit is comfortable for adequate money. 👍

A good recreation complex, a couple of baths, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, everything you need is there, as well as a buffet where you can have a snack immediately after the session. It's a bit inconvenient due to the lack of changing rooms as such, and it's difficult to figure out where and what to go for the first time, but overall it's a good place.

I love this place, I go here to the aquathermal zone. It includes a swimming pool, a pool for children, a pool with jets of water, a salt room, and three baths. And also the Kneipp track. As for the complex itself, there is everything you need, gym, gym, SPA, fitness, massage, excellent aquathermal zone, several types of baths, ice and salt rooms, contrasting showers, sauna, swimming pool, recreation areas. Of the minuses, I will probably note the workload, but such a complex cannot but be in demand, therefore 5 stars, I recommend everyone to visit, relax and have a great time, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Convenient location for those who do not have a car.For bath lovers, this place is not suitable- since there is no classical bathhouse as such.In general, all this is a compromise, where there is a pool, (but not very large)3 warm steam rooms (but not baths), there is also an area for children with a small pool and a pool with geysers in which there is really no check, so that you would not be knocked down by a jet of water-this is nonsense why they did it, probably that's why it was always free there.By the way, the locker rooms are spacious, and there were no special problems for swimming in the pool because of the people-although we were on a weekday evening.On weekends, I think there is a lot of excitement, especially in winter.

We were with my husband on Friday evening, the workload was average. We really liked the variety of everything. 2 hours is generally enough to visit everything. The baths are not hot, it was comfortable. The Jacuzzi, however, is not enough, even with a small influx of people, it is difficult to snatch a place there. It's cool that there is such a pool in the center. But it has its drawbacks. For example, the third track with a sharp incomprehensible thing near the bottom edge. I scratched my toe. I couldn't go to the sauna and then the Jacuzzi. Just minus half of the visit, without compensation, apologies. Thanks to the staff for giving the patch, of course, but it didn't help, as did the peroxide.
I really regret that I did not write about this in the book of complaints and suggestions. After all, it is unsafe and can harm other visitors.
There are a lot of people on weekends, it's cold in the salt cave. The Jacuzzi is not enough. There are adults in the frog house.
I won't go anymore.

We visited the pool with my husband for several months (once or twice a week). On my first visit, my locker closed on the fifth attempt, the girl visitors helped; I didn't pay much attention, but how many different places were visited everywhere, there was no such problem anywhere.
At the end of January 2024, we visited the pool as usual on a weekday morning. The locker didn't want to close in any way. Without thinking for a long time, I moved things to another one, then again, then just closed all the lockers with my bracelet in a circle—nothing. The whole locker room was standing. Fortunately, there was a girl coach that day, but she was in no particular hurry to help me, I was already starting to get nervous. 10-15 minutes have passed since the problem occurred. The coach couldn't close it either, so she went to call the administrator.
At that time there was another woman (usually young girls, always very friendly). After several attempts by the administrator, the locker finally closed and I exhaled. But you had to see her face: as if I had deliberately broken the locker or called her for fun to run.
I understand everything, but the administrator in such places is the face of the institution. Instead of at least "Yes, it's a pity, but it happens, have a good rest!)" in response, silence and a condemning look.
+ Not only are the lockers stupid, but I also have to calculate how many minutes I will be able to swim, if, of course, the locker closes.
We won't be coming back.
At least until the lockers are changed.

We arrived at 22.03, they no longer let us in, arguing that the program will not work, since it is less than two hours... The baths are open only from 16.00... The jacuzzi doesn't work at all. A big disadvantage is the slippery floor tiles. Almost all visitors walk and hold on to the walls, not a single anti-slip mat. Therefore, you need to be careful with children.

The staff is not bad, only the smiles on the staff's face are missing, but they communicate politely and always help with solving problems. The pool is large, even on weekends there is enough space. There are also spa rooms where you can order a massage or sit at the bar. The renovation is modest but tasteful . Everything is often and neatly done. Steam rooms are weakly heated badly (but not everyone likes it hot) I don't have enough pressure bubbles in the Jacuzzi ) but the taste and color ... in general, the place is not bad.

I visit this place only because there are not enough pools with a hydrothermal zone in Minsk. It is very dirty in the toilets, in the shower and in the locker room. Instructors do not pay attention to the fact that half of the pool is without caps, because of this, the hair is in the water, which is completely unhygienic and unpleasant. For the money they charge for a subscription, it would be possible to restore order and finally fix the Jacuzzi
