Upon arrival, it was discovered that the studio remained closed, despite the explicitly stated start time at 10:00. My numerous attempts to establish contact with studio representatives by phone proved to be fruitless. As a result, after a 25-minute wait, I was forced to apply for photography services at the Boulevard shopping center. Please pay attention to the fact that such situations can negatively affect the reputation of the organization and cause disappointment to potential customers. In connection with the above, I would like to recommend more effective control over the studio's working hours and taking measures aimed at ensuring accessibility for the client audience.
