A wonderful company! My husband and I flew from Ivanov to Kaliningrad on March 8. Such an attentive crew has never been met in large airplanes, which we often fly from the capital's airports several times a year. The crew are young and beautiful Badrtdinova Julia, Zemlyanukhina Tatiana and Strionov Ilya (sorry if I didn't write down the names exactly). They fulfilled requests - to bring water or boiling water to make coffee, answered questions with a smile. I wanted to smile back, too. My heart was glad that we could have wonderful service on board the plane. Thank you, dear ones. We flew back to Ivanovo on March 13. Also a wonderful young crew. It's a pity I didn't write down the names. I would love to mention it.
We flew to Phuket on 02/26/2023 Pegasus , the address of the carrier LLC “Aircompany” Ikar” Flight number EO-3521 and back with the same stewards EO3522 11mart. I want to thank and say a huge thank you to the entire crew of stewards and stewardesses, professionalism, generosity, positive attitude, 100% performance of their work. A big minus. Why wasn't the flight delayed notified? I had to make a useless way to the airport and back. They knew perfectly well that there would be no departure. There is a passenger check-in with contacts. I wouldn't have moved.
Disgusting company. You can only register for a fee , I gave 7800rubles for 1 adult and 3 children. Tickets for the cost of space. Hand luggage requirements 20*30*40 . No airline has such hand luggage. For 5 hours of flight, they gave 2 cups of water and that's it!
I flew on November 13 from Makhachkala to Nizhny Novgorod with this airline. The flight went great. Experienced pilots and flight attendants. I really liked both the takeoff and the soft landing. I recommend
