on the morning of January 3, 2020, I was printing graphic files. They were black and white, but had several stripes of blue color, pixel thick. I asked that due to the extremely low color content, the cost was calculated for me as for black and white, which I was refused, and added: -even if 1 pixel is colored, then printing is considered colored (by the way, color is more expensive by almost 50 kopecks). After that, I whispered to the person next to me about the attitude towards customers and that with this approach to work they can be lost (because I know that the cost of printing, especially considering that there was a drawing in A3 format - no more than 1 copy.). The girl who was typing heard this and replied that I could not come, arguing that there were still a lot of people in the queue behind me for printing and she didn't care.
And I don't see the point of paying for a couple of colored pixels, as for a fully colored picture. Moreover, if 1 pixel is colored there or 100% fill, there is no difference in price. Why be so petty and not make concessions to the client? You will give in, and the client will come back again and again and will bring you money, and from this you are only in the black.
But the main thing is that the staff so calmly tells me that I can no longer come...
Of course, I will no longer visit Fotomig, and I do not recommend visiting all people who value first of all the attitude towards the client (and since the services there are far from cheap, it becomes especially important).
