I found out already at work that instead of two different files each in 10 copies, the man printed me one but in 20. At the same time, the printer first connected, then jammed the paper. Long. Payment is in cash only.

I came in during their working hours – it's closed. I called the number left on the door – they said they would come in 10 minutes. There's no one in 15 minutes. Terrible service
