Unfortunately, in this organization we had to face the absolute incompetence of the employee. The operator refused to make a photocopy of the documents, referring to the fact that "the copier will not take the document." However, no attempts were made. But if you have used such a technique at least once, it would become obvious that it would not be difficult to make a photocopy from paper.
Having pointed out to the operator this fact of incompetence, the service was nevertheless performed, but in terrible quality. The employee didn't even try to do it.
This approach to work is unacceptable, especially in situations that require precise service delivery.
I would like to expect from the company a higher level of service and attentive attitude towards customers, given their location in the polyclinic, where there is a fairly high attendance rate.
