In winter, passing through there, I noticed that the air there stinks of harsh exhaust. I decided not to take it, although the location was convenient, and the prices were 42 million for 72 squares.

Excellent LCD! The territory is closed, nice neighbors, everyone says hello. On the downside, there is little greenery in the area to go out for a walk. But if you walk for 5 minutes along a not very pleasant section of Timiryazevskaya, then you can go to a new square, it is comfortable there.
