Excellent location, everything is within walking distance. The small area of the playground, you have to go to the neighboring yards. There is no exit button on the second gate. The situation with garbage is generally incomprehensible, you have to go far away. Automatic gates in the parking lot have not been made for more than two months, but there are no extra cars.
The security and the janitor are excellent, but the window sills are rarely washed. The entrances are very clean and cleaned regularly. The neighbors are friendly.
The ascent to the courtyard is a little inconvenient, the courtyard itself is too high.
