We had a rest in September 2024. In general, any hotel has its pros and cons. This is a decent four for a good rest for an unassuming traveler. I will tell you some particularly memorable nuances.
Positive:
1. Beautiful view (we took a room with a sea view).
2. Good cuisine (we had enough of everything, although without frills. There is always beef, lamb, chicken/turkey, fish about once every 2 days. The second courses are delicious, they did not get tired in 10 days. Outside, fried eggs with a choice of additives are cooked in the morning, pasta in the afternoon, French fries and various fried meats in the evening. Vegetables, fruits, local pickles and snacks are present). The dishes are clean, without complaints. Nice staff - it's clear that the guys are really trying. There were no flies.
3. There is a place to walk - the promenade runs through the village and on to Marmaris (we eventually walked only through the village).
4. The sea is calm, the entrance is gentle, the pebbles are not large. The beach is private from the hotel, sun beds, mattresses, towels are free.
5. Room: the room and bathroom are quite freshly renovated, there is no feeling of filthiness. Bed linen is often changed. Appliances: air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator are working, TV was not turned on)).
6. There is a balcony with a clothes dryer, a table and a couple of chairs.
7. There are no large roads with active traffic nearby, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the highway at a slow pace.
Cons:
1. This is not the first line. From the hotel to the beach you need to walk along the street (not far, but still), past another hotel, cafe, through the promenade.
2. Very small room. There were three of us (all adults), we were given a double room with a cot. Everything would be fine, but there was no place to move around the room after the cot was put up. at all. That's right: come in and go to bed, there's nothing to go by the number ;))
3. The cleaning is mediocre. They still didn't understand what they were doing: as I wrote above, the bed is changed often, once every 2 days or so. But with the rest, they won't leave toilet paper, then shampoo, then the bathroom mirror won't be washed for several days. Plumbing, by the way, requires a special approach))) the taps open and close only half a minute (I don't know if there's a raid on them inside).
4. Very, very noisy in the evening-at night. For me, this is critical on vacation, and especially when you need to get up for a tour at 4 a.m. On the one hand, discos/concerts are shouting from the street until 12-12.30 at night, competing with each other. The program ends quite early in our hotel, but there are others nearby.. The balcony door can't handle it.
On the other hand, since the hotel is designed so that all rooms are located in a circle from the central space, all the sounds from the hall resound magnificently to the last floor. There is no sound insulation of the entrance door (the door is generally retro - apparently, this is a feature of the hotel), and when, after a night program, a tipsy company falls into the hall, which for some reason no one tells that it would be necessary to be quieter, then the dream takes off like a hand.
Oh, yes, and the children screaming in the hallway - with such acoustics is a song.
5. The sea is not very clean. Channels pass through the village (I assume that to drain melt and rainwater from the mountains), into which seawater flows. There is such a channel near the hotel. Because the water there is stagnant, warm, it blooms. Boats park in the canal and take this greenery out to sea when leaving. Therefore, I do not advise you to take a light swimsuit if you plan to swim near the village) Plus this is a bay where the current does not carry this suspension away. It's not a very pleasant feeling, in general, I want to sail away, but I don't think it would be harmful or dangerous for my health.
6. Get ready to buy water. We were given 2 welcome bottles of 0.4 for three on the first day and that's it. Next, if you want, fill the same bottles in the dining room, if you want, go to the store. Drinking from the same bottles for 10 days is definitely not hygienic, so we bought it..
Conclusion: in general, we are happy with the rest, but we will look for a quieter place.

A cool foursome on the first coastline with its own beach and stunning views from the windows of the category : "sea view". And the hotel smells delicious and is very clean. The territory is small. Beach towels are provided free of charge. Good room stock.

We stayed at this hotel in early September 2024. I join Olga M.'s review. I will add that there was a very age contingent for us. It feels like you've been to a British nursing home. Then the guy said that some foundation was sending them here on vacation. And the music from the neighboring cafes, not until 12 but until 2 a.m., is very loud and the side above the reception was impossible to sleep. We moved to the other side and it became much better.
On the plus side, the bartenders and waiters are very good guys. There are no queues at the bar, the alcohol is decent, although local. I will not say that the food is at its best, but in general it is normal, tasty, and quite diverse. The cleaning is mediocre, but daily. Elena, a Russian-speaking woman, is at the reception. The attitude towards Russians is normal. Beach - a part of the public beach is rented. Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. Will I come back here? Probably not. Maybe when I'm over 70 and I won't hear loud music😀

A good hotel, although without Euro repairs, all the equipment works as it should. Friendly and helpful staff.Excellent sea, closed from winds and big waves by mountains, sandy beach, awesome and very beautiful nature, which is not found in other areas of Turkey. And night walks along the coast, it's generally a fairy tale. Having been there, you will gain a lot of positive emotions and you will definitely want to return there again. The main thing is not to forget to take a positive and good mood with you on vacation.

Good afternoon! I rested at this hotel from 07/14.23 to 07/26.23, the location is close to the sea, there may be problems with the transfer: large buses cannot drive up to the hotel, upon arrival from the airport I had to walk in the heat with a suitcase, and after the tour they also dropped me off very far from the hotel, take this into account when ordering excursions.The food is without frills, but it is quite edible, there are very few fruits (old apples, pears, watermelon, sometimes melon) and that's all, there is no bar by the sea. the sun beds and umbrellas are very old, the beach is small next to the canal where boats sail out, it is very inconvenient to swim, any visitors can stay on the beach for a fee. The most annoying thing was that there is no differentiation of places for smokers and non-smokers anywhere, they smoke everywhere.regardless of the children or people who would like to breathe fresh air, they smoke even while eating, so they had to eat indoors, and considering that there is no air conditioner inside (it is only in the rooms) in such heat, it is very difficult! In general, the hotel is 3.5 points, but I will not recommend it to my friends and I will not return myself, thank you for your attention.

A relatively small hotel by the sea. All inclusive with a very good kitchen. The buffet. The bar is without complaints. The staff is very nice, the waiters are just great. There is a slight fatigue in the rooms, but it is not critical for us.

The hotel has shown that it is necessary to approach the "expectation/reality" moment more carefully.
The photos are very captivating with their decent simplicity... In fact, everything is even simpler and worse. A new house has been built in front of the hotel, which covers all sea views.
The priority for the hotel comes from guests from England and the EU, who see nothing but beer by the pool – this is the picture every day, the pool is small, the sun beds are always occupied by it. There is an elevator, there are no air conditioners in common areas at all, I have seen a lot of furniture in the halls...
The rooms also require renovation and more thorough cleaning of old mold and plaque. The noise reduction is poor. The audibility of their concerts in the rooms above the pool overlooking the sea is especially good – you won't envy if you want to fall asleep before 00:00.
The food area consists of five main hot dishes /side dishes + some fruits and desserts + a grill area where tortillas, cutlets, pasta ala wok and creamy pasta, French fries are made. Burgers and nuggets of mediocre quality are served at high tea. If you or your child are picky, then hope for nuggets like schnitzels and French fries with tortillas, sometimes rice... And it's not every day. Everything else is as usual in gravies and mash. A lot of infuriating flies.
The beach is generally a song... There is no private beach. You occupy sun beds on a 15–meter-long piece of public use on the outskirts of the canal - one man takes care of him, cleans up the garbage and somehow washes the mattresses. Anyone can take it, from the hotel and any passerby – it is not safe. However, the neighboring large plot is occupied by the Tiki Beach cafe – if you do not order anything, then you can not occupy nice sun beds with a good canopy. Accordingly, you feel like a jerk on your public sunbeds...
The bar is only on a small territory of the hotel. I liked the drinks, they make several cocktails for free, classic. But a lot of wasps behind the bar, 20 pieces, fly until sunset to the fact that the sweet is poured – they seem to behave harmlessly, the waiters do not pay attention, but crawl everywhere, even on the juice filling tubes, and who knows when they suddenly decide to sting – in general, it is uncomfortable at the bar, but at the tables and the drinks themselves are fine.
To sum up, the hotel was very disappointing. This is in fact a very cheap option for an Icmeler, and it justifies itself for those who do not see problems in the above described and are not looking for a minimum of aesthetics, correlating the price.
I don't recommend it, especially with a child. Find something more expensive, but enjoy your vacation.

We are currently staying at this hotel.
I like almost everything, but a few moments negate all the advantages!
The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff is excellent and the rooms are old but functional.
The cons are disgusting Wi-Fi - in places, unstable, slow.
Apparently, the owners spare money for amplifiers.
This is the first time I have come across a paid towel change,,,,,
And the biggest disadvantage is the nearby Tiki cafe.
There is no agreement on music until 23 o'clock!!! Everything is understandable, but the music is screaming and the music is mostly Turkish, very loud! There can be no question of resting under the rumble.No one cares that children, that people are on vacation, and not at an everyday night concert.
Apparently, the owners of the hotel and the bar are not destined to agree.
For this reason, I will not recommend the hotel to my friends, the review to the travel agency and tour operator will be based on this point.

It is a small, very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel has its own beach (sun beds, umbrellas and towels are free of charge). We were in the department from 30.07 to 09.07.2021, spent the best vacation. I recommend it for a relaxing holiday (there is no noisy animation). The stupid sea))
