Disgusting! We booked a double room with a toilet and shower in the room, upon arrival we were refused a room (like it was occupied), which was booked and given a bed in a room for 6 people. They refused to cancel the reservation, they said that we ourselves refuse the room, and the fact that the room is different does not matter. I do not recommend booking!
