It took a couple of weeks from the arrival of the master to the measurement, to the work of the guys on the installation.
Everything was quickly installed, although the removal of old frames had to be negotiated separately ourselves, we did not immediately discuss this and did not include it in the contract, but we were able to help here, we thank you separately for this. My family and I were satisfied and have already ordered a new entrance door from them, we are waiting for installation soon. Thanks to the manager for such a staff.

Cheating on money, the price of the door is one, as a result, the installation has increased 2 times (the door is standard), the measurer is generally still the one who offers the same type of hinges (butterflies))))) without options that are overestimated in price by 10 times, the offer to put your mortise, to which you answered do you have a template to put them?(I imagine how they install the doors) and I was also struck by the answer, what difference does it make to you which hinges will stand? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

I contacted the company, because I had previously used their services and everything was fine, during the consultation they offered a good, albeit expensive profile, promising a good discount of 15% when calculating without installments. After the measurement (to the measurer 10 out of 10), when drawing up the contract, the discount "deflated" to 4%. Not what I expected, but apparently I "misunderstood the girl in the office," okay, we're ordering, we really wanted high-quality windows. We did it quickly, in about a week, we are waiting for the praised installers. Day X, the guys came, put it on, and found out that all evening I was only engaged in mopping the floors and airing the room from the acrid smell, and only in the deep evening I remembered that I had to look at the windows and in the most visible place the deepest scratch on the frame, as it turned out later, from a knife. I called the office the next day, they promised to solve it. On the same day, the same installers came with a jar of something with a familiar pungent smell and began to rub the scratch,
it lasted 5-7 minutes, then showed the result: the scratch visually remained in place, but the plastic was dissolved from above and it became not so deep, after which they left. The question remains: how many places did they mess up yesterday if the whole apartment smelled of the same liquid? I arrived at the office with a payment, the same girl who consulted at the beginning with a big discount, asked if the flaws had been eliminated and said: "What do you want, scratches are normal," Yes? I didn't want to argue anymore, but let the seller of the car tell you, Ksenia, at least a washing machine, and even a microwave for 200 rubles, when you pick up a NEW one in the store. By the way, I have fulfilled my obligations in terms of time and amount in full.

I give 4 stars only because of the diligence of the administrator to prove the opposite.
