Honestly, we didn't expect it to be like this. Firstly, when you read reviews of companies, it is very difficult to make a choice, everyone has a negative. But after the first visit to Forti's office, I decided that I would order here: the atmosphere was very pleasant, I didn't feel pressured that they wanted to give me something or get rid of me as quickly as possible. Director Alexandra is a very nice girl, I could contact her personally for any questions. As a result, I ordered furniture for the entire apartment and EVERYTHING WAS FINE with ME. Good luck to you!

If you want to order furniture, it is better to think about whether it is worth ordering it in this particular salon. I can only describe the whole experience as a huge disappointment and endless stress from designing to signing the acceptance certificate.
Let's skip the moment of a short consultation with the manager and move on to work with the designer. Alexey Kislov, who, according to him, is a designer, an installer in the past, is ready to suggest the best design solution, if not for one "but", we came with a ready-made project idea, facades, fittings. The coating and the location of the boxes were all chosen by us. Don't be surprised if you are diligently offered a tabletop and plastic, it pays the largest margin. We discussed everything and took time to think about it.
The contract was signed, the designer went to take measurements, we chose the color of the film for the facades. At the next meeting, we selected milling from the suggested catalog. Unfortunately, it turned out that Alexey had not written down the color we had chosen anywhere, and decided to just randomly suggest another one without telling us about it. Fortunately, the husband remembered the name of the previously chosen one. The designer also did not record the milling, inserted another one on the project, and said he would fix it later.
We receive our project, consult with the designer on how to make pipes for the equipment (all the equipment and its location were shown in advance), we make pipes. When calculating, it turns out that the equipment will not stand up, we redo the pipes.
We're changing the project a bit. we make the refrigerator built-in, Alexey does not know how to make the bottom in the module, we have to come up with it ourselves, and take advice on the project from an outside designer.
We sign a manufacturing contract, and when we sign it, we discover that these are not the facades that we chose.
The project was handed over to the technologist, not a single edit was taken into account, the whole project was changed, we had to double-check every detail, because the designer himself does not do this, just throws it off to us and says "check it". There was also a big problem with the gaps, where Alexey was apparently too lazy to draw our walls by measurements and make a more accurate calculation. We were assured that they could not affect large gaps up to 12mm in any way. After some pressure and our miscalculations, Alexey nevertheless recalculated, the issue was resolved.
We almost met the production deadlines. The main plus and the only positive emotions were from the work of Ivan the installer, I hope he will be rewarded, because during the installation he had to take it out for Alexey's mistakes.
What did you find out during the installation? The plinth in the facade film, which we discussed several times with the designer, was made with a gap, and in a different configuration from the one discussed, Alexey himself could not determine the difference in his own drawings. By the way, in the cabin, along with the milling cutter and the film, we also chose the backlight, and surprisingly, Alexey did not notice it either, and we were given warm light instead of cold. All facades have a milling defect in the same place. Also, for some reason, Alexey made different depths of the base under the kitchen drawers on the project.
The salon's comment on these points can be summarized as "we are very sorry."

I do not recommend contacting this company. Don't believe the ads! If you value your nerves, time and money, you will be disappointed, just like us. The price/quality is very inconsistent. They tell one thing beautifully, then they can't do it. We ordered furniture for the children's room and problems arose at literally every stage of furniture manufacturing. Essentially:
1. Design project. The designer's task is only to make sure that you complete the order. For this, she is ready to promise you both fast production and a fully developed project. Be prepared for the fact that you will think over the project yourself, the designer only transfers it to the computer. We have not received any suggestions on how to do it better, what points to consider, or any advice or recommendations. Now, after a couple of weeks, we realize that we didn't take all the points into account, but no one told us how to do it better. Although children's rooms are one of the main directions in the company. There was a feeling that the designer either had no experience or was just doing his job so badly.
2. Production time. Do not believe any promises, there is deception on deception.
We ordered furniture on 12.06., the deadline for the contract is 05.09. (this furniture should already be assembled from us). The designer promised at all that it would be ready in August. As a result, the material did not arrive (no one warned, although they should), then the designer has some questions.
As a result, the furniture was assembled only on 15.09., and we could use it only at the end of September, because we fixed the jambs.
3. The furniture itself.
The quality is common for chipboard furniture, but the execution is just a horror.
There was a feeling that the designer who developed the drawings for the furniture, he either did it for the first time, or it was not his job at all.
Well, how can it be that we, as ordinary buyers, tell a professional where to reduce, where to redo, up to the size indication. It felt like the person didn't understand how to do it.
As a result, every piece of furniture (table, wardrobe, shelving) was redone. The contract, the project and the finished furniture did not match at all.
As a result, it is still clear that the project was not developed professionally, many points could have been done more efficiently and logically, many points were not taken into account.
4. Furniture assembly. At the assembly stage, the furniture was taken away and brought for alteration, there were a lot of chips, a lot of flaws.
The fittings in the contract are Polish, in fact they were put Belarusian (without warning, they decided so themselves).
The most unpleasant thing is that when assembling, the assembler sees that it was done badly, but deliberately keeps silent so as not to redo it. In the hope that the client won't see it.
I ruined the furniture handle and tried to hide it by covering it with sealant.
It was because of the collector that the floor of the room had to be disassembled again later in order to redo what could be redone immediately.
What can I say, I couldn't even find a barbell in the closet at the level of the story.
In general, we regretted a hundred times that we turned to this company!!!
We did not see anything that is promised in advertising, no individual approach, no high-quality furniture.
They gave a lot of money, but this price does not correspond at all to what they received in the end.
If you order custom-made furniture, then of course it costs more, and the service should be appropriate. Design project with recommendations, production taking into account all wishes, high-quality installation.
You won't find this in the Forti Studio company!

I ordered a custom-made wardrobe. Upon delivery, it turned out that one of the doors was damaged. The company quickly responded to this problem. After I reported the incident, the manager apologized and promptly issued a replacement door. The new item was delivered a few days later, of course, I didn't have to pay anything extra.

I wanted to order a closet and an entrance hall. I called the office, I was told to wait for the designer's call. The designer called and informed me that he would call again in a day and set a time. She never called. I typed it myself. We agreed on Saturday at 12:00. at 12:10 she called and said that she would be delayed for an hour. as a result, 4 hours passed, she dialed and said that her car had broken down, her phone was dead. To me, these are standard excuses. Then she said that she would take it in the evening and tell me when she could. I still haven't typed it. I do not recommend contacting this campaign. they don't need clients, as I understand it

My wife and I wanted to update the kitchen, accidentally stumbled upon the MZ5 company, decided to call to clarify the options, a nice girl told us about the nuances of the choice of material, clarified the preferences in style, color scheme and offered a free departure of the designer. We told the designer our wishes and a couple of days later we received several kitchen layouts to choose from, one of them we really liked and came up with the price, to be honest, we thought that the kitchen would cost more. 3 weeks have passed since the signing of the contract and the installation of the kitchen, in general, no nuances have arisen, thank you very much!

I do not advise contacting this company. Just words and not a drop of action. I called the designer. She arrived, took measurements. I promised to provide a sketch in 5 days. I waited 10 days, then I called myself. The designer promised to call back and provide sketches. She referred to her busy schedule. There was no call a few days later. I understood that the task of the company is not to make furniture, but to run the designer around the apartments. Therefore, I do not recommend this company to anyone. You will lose both time and money. And I will entrust my big order - bathroom furniture, a closet in the hallway and furniture on the balcony - to a more decent company. Thank God there is competition!

I do not advise contacting this company , the color of the facades was mixed up instead of white platinum , the base white was installed , the wrong fittings were installed in the FURNITURE , although one thing was discussed with the designer , another learned as a result , after installing furniture in the apartment there was a strong smell of solvent ( to remove impurities from furniture during installation )
I would like to note that when you sign a contract, you probably need to say that you explain each position in the estimate separately, otherwise in fact it may turn out that your expectations will not match

Спасибо за кухню! Прошло три месяца эксплуатации и я, как хозяйка, всем довольна!!! Отдельно хочу отметить работу продавцов-консультантов офиса. Большие умницы, девочкам — премию! Их компетентность и профессионализм в работе с клиентом заслуживают уважения! Общими усилиями подобрали оптимальное для меня цветовое сочетание, фурнитуру кухни, материалы, скорректировали в лучшую сторону мой первоначальный дизайн. Теперь смело рекомендую своим друзьям и знакомым:). Немаловажно, что кухню доставили четко в срок и собрали всё за один день!
