The territory of the hotel is quite large. There is a go-karting area, a football field, a large amphitheater, a spa area , gyms and many swimming pools, a children's play club, its own circus. Many workshops are organized for children. You can take individual lessons in dancing, acting, clay modeling. And you can also rent a bike. Musical groups perform on stage every evening for adults.
And now for the cons :
1. Only 0.5 liters of drinking water are left in the room for a day. If you want to drink, pay! It's just a nightmare.Even in the desert, drinking water is freely available in the most expensive hotels.
The food in the restaurant is a buffet - on days of the week - but the same thing .The choice is very small .
2. According to the work of the service, the rooms are cleaned to the dump. Blunder and you're done.No one there will look to see if you have slippers and if you have run out of shampoo.
Somehow I needed an iron, but here it turns out, as in a children's camp - it is not required for safety reasons.
3. According to the work of the assistants, it somehow happened in our room that the bed was not changed for 4 days. The child smeared the sheets and I had to write to the assistant. And I got the feeling that everyone cares about the lilac star for your requests. We went to the reception, wrote to the assistants, asked for a maid - only almost with a scandal on the 4th day, our bed was changed by 23 o'clock in the evening
I have a question for the owners of the hotel: Are you sure you have a 5-star hotel?
Something is falling short!
