We often visit quizzes in this institution. The atmosphere is great, the sound is good. There is a good selection of drinks at the bar. The team of the institution is always on top, they are interested, they ask if they liked everything.

I came to the institution with friends on June 24th
1) I had to constantly run to make orders on my own, because the waiters rarely came up
2) Fans of Russian rock or Max Korzh - there is nothing to do in this place at all. Half of them are on the top list, half of them are just not there.
I did not find a normal snack, the dishes are just scanty portions at a very biting price (even though the price of the dishes includes service by a waiter, presenter, back vocalist, cook, etc. It's just too much)
3) When I arrived, I ordered a beer (15 rubles for less than zero five)
They brought me a bottle and a glass with ice, put it right next to me...
I am not a regular at such events, I rarely go to establishments and do not understand. And this time I didn't figure it out, I mistakenly poured beer into a glass with ice.
The receptionist came up and immediately began threatening to kick me out of the institution next time..
I asked her not to be aggressive, explained that I had made a mistake and that I was not pleased when they talked to me like that... Well, the man clearly didn't care, there was no apology. (Despite the fact that I admitted my mistake and explained that I did it without knowledge)
In fact, this is our glass with ice, it was brought to us...
In extreme cases, they could ask us to pay for the replacement of this glass...
Why spoil the mood and offend a person?
I don't understand..
As a result, the conflict was not aggravated.. Somehow we picked up songs, drank, danced)
But personally, my mood was set to zero...
there are no questions for the backing vocalist and the presenter. I asked the sound engineer to make the minus a little louder (I couldn't hear what to sing), but I didn't find any changes. Therefore, he constantly lost his rhythm when he sang.
A friend took the microphone to sing, she has a quiet voice - no one made her louder)
As a result, most of the positive emotions for this evening were received not because of this institution, but rather in spite of it.
My friends have a similar impression ...
I will give 2 stars only for the fact that the place is large and beautiful, the furniture is comfortable, the equipment is not bad, there is a smoking room and you do not have to constantly go down to the street to smoke)

The VIP lounge is excellent. The corporate party was held there twice (8.10.2022 and 04.11.2023). I really liked the food service, the work of the waiters (friendly and did their job very well); the guy who turned on karaoke for us (very friendly and helpful), we have already seen him twice. In general, everything was very cool and cool. I recommend this place for a good time

We decided to hang out with our classmates at karaoke. We are a little over 60... The songs were almost all there. I really wanted to sing Bryantsev's "Wolf Pack", but it wasn't in the music library. But these are small things...
Now about the sad, about prices..
125 ml of p/sl wine costs 17 rubles🙈🙈🙈 It's certainly cool...And the songs after 5 a.m. are paid -20 rubles. But we still paid and sang😊🙃

We constantly order a table for all holidays with approximately the same menu. I really liked this place from the moment it opened. It's always fun, cool, cozy. The last time we were shocked by our banquet table, the portions were scanty, although the grams on the menu were as usual. Everything was fresh, delicious, but there was nothing to eat, having paid the bill 1600 rubles. The staff, the atmosphere, the music are at the same level as it was. The table is 1 star.

We were with colleagues to celebrate on March 8th.
1. I had to go to the bar on my own and order cocktails. It was impossible to wait for the waiter.
2. There was not enough air at all. The first request to turn on the air conditioner was ignored. After the second one, it was turned on for about 30 minutes. Then it was turned off again.
3. The presenter (the one who hands over the microphones for performance) is not a very pleasant companion. This is not the first visit to this institution, and once again we agree that we do not want to return. His appearance conveys only one thing: why did you all come here??? Replace it.
4. The backing vocals did not try to correct the unsuccessful performances at all. My ears were just popping. Although there are a lot of ways to solve such situations.
It is unlikely that I will return there again((((

I visited this institution on 17.02.2024 for the first time. The impression remained for a long time! The service is terrible, the waiters are rude. We were served by a girl (full) I do not remember the name. They asked to bring non-alcoholic beer, brought warm beer, asked to replace it, to which they heard in response - there is no cold beer, we can cool it - put ice in it. The administrator (Ksenia) is not customer-oriented!!!!! Instead of resolving the conflict, she argued with us in "very" raised tones! I do not recommend this institution!!!! If you don't want to leave in a bad mood!!! The management of this institution should pay attention to the staff!!! They don't know how to work with people at all!!!

На счёт караоке не знаю, посещали данное заведение т.к играем в игру ''мозгобойня'' и организаторы снимали в нем помещение. Из минусов пиво только бутылочное по 7р за 0.5, туалет женский только на 3 кабинки хотелось бы больше, есть комната для курения которая находится между женским туалетом и залом что оч неудобно, особенно для не курящих, запах дыма зашкаливает. А так чисто, аккуратно, светло

Цезарь вкусный , нарезки неплохие, мясо сухое(очень), греческий,не плох(много помидоров), кароче, еда на 3, обстановка классная, ведущий, вроде не плох, атмосфера на 5! Итого : всё хорошо,но кухня слабая . Но мы же туда попеть ходим , а не поесть🙂 Спасибо, придём ещё, но покушаем дома😂

Праздновали день рождение , заказали заранее депозит , еда если честно оставляет желать лучшего , нарезка салата очень крупная , есть салат крайне удобно , овощная нарезка это отдельная тема, за пару штук овощей 20 рублей это просто издевательство , худшим блюдом вечера был пересоленный шашлык с соленым соусом( должен был быть барбекю), также хочу обратить внимание на отвратительное отношение кальянщика к своей работе , вместо того чтобы выполнять свою работу шастал по залу и болтал со своими друзьями которые сели за соседний стол , кальян у них был в 2 раза больше чем у нас, и угли там менялись каждые 25 минут , несправедливо :( кальян и еду не советую , остальные работники супер , отдельно можно похвалить ведущего и бэк-вокалисток .

Мне нравится. Достаточно демократично, без лишнего пафоса, но в то же время достойно и душевно. Приятный контингент. По бару и кухне вопросов нет. Девушки на бэк вокале - красотки.

Посещала караоке 2 раза с разницей в 2 года. При первом посещении как-то не впечатлило, чего-то не хватало, атмосфера не заряжала. Решила сходить еще раз через большой промежуток времени и снова не то.
Вроде бы большой выбор композиций, но бэк-вокал постоянно старался перепеть и такое ощущение, что ты борешься за исполнение песни ( даже не смотря на неидеальные исполнение песни, гостей должно быть слышно). Постоянные песни вне очереди за деньги. Это, конечно, отличный способ заработать дополнительно, но нужно устанавливать какие-то ограничения в таком случае. Чтобы это было не так навязчиво для других клиентов. Которые также отдыхают и платят депозит. Девушка официант никак не могла зажечь B-52, так как были очень длинные ногти.

В первый раз в жизни был в подобном заведении. Вау эффекта не получил конечно. Обычный игорный клуб. Изящных девушек тут не ждите. Не все банковские карты почему то принимают в кассе, но в зале рядом стоит банкомат. Так же есть комплиментарные напитки. Играл в рулетку и в автоматы. Правила в рулетку обьяснили доходчиво. В автомате же не так, но видимо слишком много разных подигр, что тяжело за один раз обьяснить новичку.

Понравилось всё, начиная от обслуживания, интерьера, накрытым столом, заканчивая музыкальным сопровождением. Отдельное спасибо за Кальян;)

Еда и напитки посредственные, ценник в меню на алко приемлемый, на еду дороговато, если брать соотношение цена/качество, интерьер и персонал не очень, если вас в принципе все равно и нужно попеть караоке с веселой компанией, то можно идти.

Из огромного разнообразия караоке в городе Минске выбрали фортепьяно и не пожалели. Звук хороший, ведущий супер, официантка милая и улыбающаяся девушка, администратор на все вопросы вежливо ответила, бармен душка и еда оочень вкусная. Просидели до утра, хоть и не собирались)
