Terrible service. We sat for more than an hour today and couldn't replenish the card. The ATMs are still not working! The grandmother at the checkout does not know how or did not want to replenish the forte card. She required the sender's ID first, then to whom they were replenishing, and then the sender's ID, then the owner's. There was no identification of the account holder (card) and we were turned around and refused service. And we just came with a bank card to top up and couldn't...I do not recommend this bank branch
