For more than two weeks, I could not close my current accounts in dollars and dirhams, the application gave an error, referred to outstanding fees, and no one could explain or do anything. I have repeatedly contacted the ForteBank branch (Astana, Kuishi Dina str., 31), to no avail, I contacted the ForteBank branch (Astana, Tashenova str., 17) to no avail, the support service at 7575 signed in impotence and only by contacting Dostyk 8A my question was promptly resolved.

A disgusting service from the distant past I use a FORTE bank debit card. A few days ago, the application refused to perform any external operations from the card (transfers, payments) without any official notifications from the bank. That is, the bank actually blocked my money on the card. In any normal bank, the issue is resolved within a maximum of a couple of hours by contacting the support service. But FORTE Bank is not so simple as to allow its customers to get back control of their money. When contacting the call center, the client learns that the bank's specialists not only cannot help fix the problem, but they cannot even name the cause of its occurrence. The only answer that the call center knows is to contact the department. Arguments that a person works in another country, not even a neighboring one, and to a bank branch 5,000 km away. well, it can't appear in any way, they cause sympathy from the bank's operators, but they do not entail any real effect. The mantra is unchanged - "contact the department." Appeals to the official email addresses of the bank and through the application form on the website - well, as if it were also like a wall. The answers are 0. At the moment, the situation has not been resolved and, apparently, will be resolved by formal legal means. In general, the impression is that the bank is either stuck in the nineties-noughties with its level of service, or consciously adopts the practices of those years, squeezing the money of its customers.

An account with all funds was illegally blocked under the pretext of financing extremism and fraud, although the card was issued as a salary card and nothing besides the salary was received there. At first, the transfers were blocked without explaining the reason, the support also refused to explain anything, he began to write to them everywhere about this blocking in order to figure out what the reason was and what documents needed to be provided. No one answered my requests, and 3 days later they sent me a notification of a unilateral termination of the contract. That's how they blocked all my funds while I was abroad :)

I am rarely served in banks, so I cannot compare the banking system, but the fact that the service in this bank is not something that is below the baseboard, and he died, I was convinced by my own experience. The loan processing took 1.5 months, the managers were not aware of the legal casuistry of the legal department, so they had to make several documents that were not necessary (no one takes into account that it costs money), they waited 3.5 hours for the money to be issued, apparently there was no cash in the bank, because as soon as the collectors came in, soon the extradition was carried out. This was the first and last time of contacting this bank.

I left my car near the mosque for a long time and only recently realized how to drive into their parking lot. But there are not always places there. There is still a gallery in the building itself, I like it.
