I would like to express my gratitude to Gulnur Zhumabayeva, an employee of ForteBank (8A Dostyk St., Astana), for her professional and very attentive attitude to the client. For more than two weeks, I could not close my current accounts in dollars and dirhams, the application gave an error, referred to outstanding fees, and no one could explain or do anything. I have repeatedly contacted the ForteBank branch (Astana, Kuishi Dina str., 31), to no avail, I contacted the ForteBank branch (Astana, Tashenova str., 17) to no avail, the support service at 7575 signed in impotence and only by contacting Dostyk 8A my question was promptly resolved.
