NO ONE HAS EVEN NOTIFIED YOU FOR 15 YEARS, AND WHAT ELSE IS THE LOAN BALANCE??? For a long time I fought with them in the problem department, but I never proved that the debt was not my fault. The bank referred that there was allegedly a misunderstanding during the merger of the banks Alliance and Forte. But what's my fault???

I like this Bank. It offers an excellent banking application. When you get used to it, you don't really want to switch to applications from other Banks anymore. I really like the competence of the managers, as well as their dress code. Cool bank!
I have been using this bank for a long time. Everything is great, incredibly cool ideas, incredibly cool products. Everything is ultra-modern.
But the work of the staff is just disgusting.
Last Monday, I sent a person with a power of attorney to open a new account in Russian rubles in my name. I am not in Kazakhstan myself and therefore left a power of attorney for such actions. At first, they said that they would consider my power of attorney for 10 days. Then they called my confidant and demanded to contact me. OK, I have all the phones available, everything is working. Today is the 10th day and the account has not been opened, no one has contacted me, although the manager promised to call them several times within 15 minutes.
Today I wrote to the chat to find out what's there. At first, I was told that my question was being dealt with and asked to stay in touch. After 3 hours of silence, I asked again what was there. It turned out that the chat was already closed, my question was not solved and a new operator appeared. Each new operator doesn't seem to see my message history and asks everything from the beginning. As a result, they told me that they could not help in any way and advised me to contact the department where the application was left.
I asked the operator several times where and how I could leave a complaint about their work - everything was ignored, so I write here. Despite all the charms of this bank, the staff on the ground are disgusting. That's what I appreciate
