Work for about 5 minutes in fact. I stopped by the tire shop, the girl at the reception said: "What are you doing, Saturday, 4 p.m., what kind of tire service, no one is there anymore." A Google search for other tire repair points that are still operating in the city did not yield results, it was decided to leave this problem for Sunday morning. I arrived at 11 o'clock on Sunday, there is no one at the tire shop, at all. No queue, no other customers. Two masters are available, well, I think now I will be provided with the necessary service. I ask the girl: "Can I balance the wheels?", to which I heard the answer: "No, we have an appointment," I say: "So there is no one, in general, to work for a couple of minutes." And the answer is categorically "No, by appointment only, let me record you for later." For me, this is not customer-oriented at all. And a big minus for the organization of work.
