The salon is a complete nightmare and mayhem. I signed up for nail extensions, arrived on time, and the salon was CLOSED. I waited for more than 30 minutes on the street, called, wrote — and nothing! No one even bothered to answer or warn. Absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers and complete disrespect for other people's time! I wasted my time and nerves. I do not advise anyone to contact here — it is unreliable, unprofessional and simply disgusting!

Terrible service and attitude to the customer!
The masters do not come by appointment , do not warn , do not respond to messages !!
The children's haircut is at 13 o'clock , the master did not arrive at the appointed time, in response to the second incoming call: what are you calling, do you want to quarrel??
We have an event on this day, this information was known and not even warned!!!
And this is not the first time this has happened to us !!!!
Don 't go to this supposedly empty salon , it 's a terrible place!!
