I don't recommend it if you need high-quality printing. They printed a test sheet, the color sensor flew off, the girls have no idea how to fix it, and they didn't warn that the color would be different, they just printed it in silence. When I bring it to print, I have no idea what might happen - the picture is in poor quality or the wrong color profile, the task of the employees is to warn about it. We tried to print a different format, the same story, but there is no solution. To refuse to print, they asked to pay 10 rubles for the fact that two files went into the trash. The moral is to think for yourself.

1. The printing quality of A3 color is poor. The color rendering is poor, the lines are flowing.
I know that it is much cheaper and at the same time the quality is excellent. I advise you to pay attention to this.

Two days, two different employees - the same shoals. They are not in size, as if they are not friends with a typewriter at all. They print exclusively on their own paper, which has no choice. The services were not provided with high quality. For the price: for the first time in two cb sheets, they took 1.40. For the second time in 5 kb of sheets - 2.50. I did not take the receipt, and it was not issued.

Twice I took a photo here and twice I threw away money, a passport photo, and retouching is done so that you don't recognize yourself later. For the first time there were questions with their photos, they always looked at the passport for a long time, they had to replace the passport again with other photos. I applied a few years later, the same thing, a terrible photo on which I don't look like myself, went to redo it to another place

I didn't like the way they take pictures for documents. They take 3 photos and you have to choose from them. I was not satisfied with the first three photos, additional photos cost 6p (additional 3 photos too)
This left an unpleasant aftertaste, because making such a small number of attempts is difficult to get a good result. The girl took pictures, did not suggest anything, just silently showed the photo. The situation has not been smoothed over in any way, I don't like it so I don't like it. I refused to print such photos, because even without processing it is clear that the light and angle are bad.
I do not recommend taking photos in this place.

Please keep an eye on who you hire. There was always a good staff, they asked me every detail how I wanted to print a photo, but this time I came across two girls who were not friendly and not interested in work. The attached photos show all the quality of the work. No one asked anything, just the format of the photo and then with a dissatisfied look. I gave 4.5rubles for 3 pcs, but I did not get the quality stated on the website (premium), besides, the photos are cropped and for some reason they are not at all what they really are. I would have put 5 if it hadn't been for the money thrown away and the photos that would have to be redone.

There was a girl and a guy on shift, I stood in line for a couple of minutes, as my turn came, I had to reset the document to be printed, I couldn't find the details where I could throw it off… And the sign is hanging right at the entrance ... the guys immediately prompted and helped. They were printed out quickly and clearly. The prices are reasonable. I was satisfied with the service.

Not very polite girls working on the stream, do not listen to the end, there is no desire to help. They are always dissatisfied and rude - it's not the first time I come and as if I should clearly understand paper /formats and other subtleties of printing (I understand everything perfectly and never go into conflict), if it's important for you, it's better to choose a better place! There is a big problem with printing, the printer or paints have been changed, everything is rippling, the quality is not very good.
1) It was necessary to print pictures of a certain size on an A4 sheet, specially made in different formats (PSD/JPEG/PDF/JPG) everything that is possible to avoid unnecessary objections and sour faces and again (
I made orders for amounts from 40 to 150 rubles several times
2) I laminated the paper, the whole lamination curve was not held, they told me to straighten up, this did not happen, and when I came to laminate, I still stood and said that they would hold it
laminated 15 times constantly for the amount of 15 rubles
- not polite
- they do not help customers
- bad materials
- there is no competition in the mall, many people go because of lack of choice
I will not advertise competitors, but there are guys who put the squeeze on each client to the end, now I go to the other side of the city to get good product quality and service!
