I had to get a certificate for the Ford, and I had to wait a few days for their database to start working.
The database is working, at the end of the day they inform you that you need to pay for the ERIP, I pay for the service, send a check, check if I can pick up the certificate on that day (it was already the end of the working day), the phone is unavailable, Viber does not respond.... An hour later, they probably answered, but it was too late to go)
When I came for help, it turned out to be blocked in the PC, I don't know what it means, I waited 5-10 minutes until they clicked the mouse and found the right one among the papers.

Before that, he had been serviced by Atlant M all his life, Mazda left only a pleasant impression, especially Kia, but Ford discouraged the desire to be serviced very quickly, it is strong.
