We were at the Food Park in Mega Silkway. We celebrated the birthday of the nephews of the twins in Mega, taking advantage of the fact that there are many playgrounds and attractions in the building. The children liked the food in the Food Park, the adults ate beshparmak and steaks, in general, the norms. I especially liked the service, the waiter Aldiyar is very attentive and prompt. The management of the institution is recommended to reward him for his excellent work, if possible, to increase it. Also, thanks to the institution for the congratulations and compliments, it's very nice.

It's a disgusting place. Completely disrespectful attitude towards the guests. I am a very patient person, but even I was brought out by this attitude. By the time they came up to me, after I called them, forever had passed. You can't even call them yet. Everyone pretends that they were passing by. The waiting time for meals is promised to be up to 25-30 minutes, as a result, the minimum wait was more than 1 hour. My friend got 2 dishes at once after a certain amount of time, but they didn't bring me anything at all. As for the quality of the products: they declare ricotta on the menu, but in fact it turns out that it is mayonnaise, a little later the waiter told us that it was cheese mayonnaise, so, dear and respected owners of the establishment, it is far from ricotta. The cheesecakes turned out to be biscuit-like. I didn't appreciate my dishes because they didn't reach me. As a result, I refused my dishes. It's impossible to wait forever. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Today we were with friends at this institution. We were celebrating a birthday, we wanted to sit in a calm atmosphere and celebrate. The place looks beautiful, the waiters are comfortable, but there are questions about the service.
The kitchen was very disappointing.
We ordered sushi, khachapuri, yannem chicken and lemonade. Firstly, the dishes are all different, broken. Secondly, small spiders were found in the lemonade (they said because of the mint, apparently they did not wash the mint). Thirdly, khachapuri looks like all the cheese in the restaurant has run out. Sushi is also not very appetizing.
As a compliment for the spiders in the lemonade, they brought one small ball of ice cream for three guests. It wasn't very comfortable sharing it between us (since the spiders were all over the lemonade, not in one glass). Fourthly, one dessert was brought from the institution on the occasion of the birthday, they did not taste like ficalia.
Spoiled both appetite and mood, I do not advise you to go there. Where the director of the institution is looking. Thanks for ruining the day.

The dishes are all different , they ordered pizza , but they came to us after 30 minutes and said that the pizza would be cooked in 30 minutes and they would have to wait 1 hour . We couldn't wait that long and wanted to leave, but then we see that the food is outside on the table. I don't recommend going there. It's a very very terrible restaurant.
