The girls at the reception are always friendly, very helpful and gave me a couple of phone charges. My son likes it too, it's atmospheric, there's graffiti everywhere. Another very nice girl, Daria, answers the phone, her son forgot things a couple of times, everything was always found and left. We are satisfied
