They do not burn at night - and this is their main drawback. They chose which attraction to see at night, and it is logical that the choice fell on Gogol's lanterns. What was our disappointment to arrive and see a dark street. That is, it was possible to inspect them only by turning on the flashlight on the phone. It's a little weird.
