There is no kettle and refrigerator in the room. In order for the kitchen to have time to cook, dinners and breakfasts must be ordered in advance and the meal time must be agreed upon. Breakfast starts at 9.00. Say EVERYTHING in advance: I ordered wings in panerovka, brought "coals" and said that this is how it should be. I asked to change the dish, but they refused and did not exclude me from the receipt. My daughter ordered chicken fillet (the price on the menu is 200gr / 13rub), when the receipt was brought, the price for the dish was 32rub (250gr). To our question: "Why?", they said that "the program thinks so." We asked for a recount, after which the attitude changed dramatically. We left the next morning at 8:00, we didn't even have breakfast. There was no staff to be seen or heard, and there was a lone table on the terrace with dirty dishes left over from dinner.

Overall, I liked it. Deserved 5. Based on the reviews, everything looks much less interesting in Kamenyuki. Immediately, both dinner and breakfast were adequate in price, and also delicious. But dinner must be ordered in advance. We arrived at lunch - so there was no problem with that. Otherwise, it's probably better to call and negotiate.
The territory is excellent, the atmosphere in the dining room is like in a castle. We rented bicycles - that's where we miss it. Bicycles were killed (in mid-August), the pereklyuki work poorly, everything creaks and whistles - there were even fears that we would get there? (however, we arrived after making a circle through the Forest). The trouble is that there is no way to even pump up the wheels - alas, they did not take their pump. This is already for the Guest House - arrange it! A pump, even if it is manual, does not cost a lot of money. Well, put at least one set of bicycle keys in the shed (there are many options on Aliexpress) so that you can tighten and adjust the means of transportation. Important: a walk through the Reserve also costs money - we made a detour to the checkpoint, where we issued passes. In fact, it is really possible to make a Ring in 4 hours and look at the Bison. Despite these disadvantages, we recommend renting bicycles at the Guest House - otherwise you won't see much.
