We stayed for 2 nights, booked a regular room, but we were given a room with a terrace on the 4th floor. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are new and beautifully decorated. There is a park for walking and a promenade nearby. A great budget option, thanks for the hospitality!

Nevertheless, I would really like to have a glass of wine in a beautiful restaurant in the evening and at least chocolate or cheese with it. A very beautiful and delicious restaurant, but only breakfast. Excellent bartenders, but no sparkling wine or wine by the glass. It was my son's birthday, the whole hotel was looking for a cake or cupcake to blow out the candle at 00:00. Found🎂 . Thank you very much! Conquered by sincerity🩷

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. A very beautiful hall, which simply amazes with the interior, national costumes, ethnic ornaments, etc. Probably, this makes the further experience of living even worse) an incredible contrast with the reception area and beyond. 1. There is carpet all over the hotel, which is everywhere stained, streaked, and streaked with everything. 2. The carpet inside the room is in the same condition. It immediately feels like it hasn't been cleaned for a year. 3. Room cleaning is very mediocre. They took the towel for the shower and did not return it once in two shifts. Dust in the corners, cobwebs near the ceiling. 4. Shower without curtain and the whole bathroom immediately after the first visitor. 5. The audibility is high from the corridor. 6. There is rather no breakfast than there is. 7. The price tag does not match what you get (in my opinion) 8. Dirty and unwashed windows. 9. Chairs in the room with holes. 10. Of all that you will see in the photo, only the first floor with reception corresponds. Of the advantages: 1. The reception and service staff are friendly and positive. 2. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel from 01 to 08 February 2024. Very good location! Great room! A gorgeous bed! Bathrobes, towels, shampoo, air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, coffee, bottled water are available. Great staff! The miracle of administrators! Many thanks to George, Dayana, Diana for their responsiveness, kindness and competence! Excellent breakfasts, a choice of five types of porridge and omelette, two types of salad, khachapuri, sliced cheese and meat, muesli, desserts, jam and honey, dried fruits and fruits! Special thanks to the charming and friendly girl Tamara, who works at the bar!

Clean and nice hotel, in a quiet location, but not far from the center (20 minutes on foot). There is free public parking, there were places. Interesting room design. One of the administrators is English-speaking, the other speaks Russian. In general, everything was OK, we stayed for one night while passing through.

Wonderful hotel, clean, cozy, quiet, clean towels every day, bed linen change every other day. Delicious, varied breakfasts, a large selection of fresh pastries, strong freshly brewed coffee, fruits. A beautiful hall with national costumes, a beautiful bar, a terrace, in general, everything for beautiful photos. The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and at the same time all the sights are within walking distance: to the baths, currency exchange and fig gorge 10 minutes, to the Peace Bridge 20 minutes along the picturesque streets.

The location of the hotel is a beautiful, quiet place with a view of the park. However, the staff (for the most part) and the order in the hotel is something medieval. There was no cleaning in the room at ALL, the safe and the hair dryer were inoperable (although the hair dryer was eventually replaced with a working one, and a super key was given for the safe), the carpet both in the room and in the corridor is covered with stains. Holding breakfasts is generally a separate topic. The staff, instead of meeting and helping the guests, sits and smokes on the veranda, discussing their painful topics in a voice (having fun and giggling). In general, there is no desire to return here.

According to the photo, I expected wow, there was no such effect from the standard room (it was quite cramped). Champagne for breakfast, delicious omelette. I didn't really like the location for evening walks either, I took a taxi. I recommend it as a one-night experience, as the hotel as a whole is very pleasant!
