I gave away the Nikon 55-300mm lens on 07/12/2023. Of the faults identified at the time of the first diagnosis: autofocus does not work, part of the bayonet is broken off. Malfunctions that were missed during diagnosis: the gearbox does not work (noticed after ~ six months).
The first reason why I would not advise anyone to contact this service:
For the entire time the lens has been in the service, I have never been contacted, there is no feedback. I had to call myself, pull and find out how the repair was progressing, whether any details were needed. It got to the point that on another visit to the service, I asked the question: "Is this the norm that you promise to call back, and as a result, I call you myself after a fairly long number of days?", after which the admin (later it turned out that this was the director) pointedly pasted a piece of tape on his laptop, writing on it the order number. But even after that, they didn't call or keep in touch.
The second reason:
For all manipulations with the lens, the amount was 250 rubles. Of course, they didn't have spare parts. I handled the purchase. At the very beginning of the "repair" it was indicated that you need to buy an autofocus motor. They didn't find it in stock in Minsk, a service employee showed "how it looks like" and pushed the purchase from ebay onto me. ~ a month after the last dialogue, when I called again (I called again and asked how things were going), it turned out that there were not enough gears in the gearbox (why was this not revealed at the diagnosis?). I brought the gears, which, as a result, did not fit. Then there was the question of buying a new gearbox. We wrote off in Viber, they replied to me "the gearbox in the photo looks like it's from the right version, it's hard to say 100%." I ordered it. I took it to the service on 04/09/2024 (it turned out that there is an autofocus motor included with the gearbox, that is, it was possible not to order it separately). They said that everything would be ready by the end of the week, but again no one called. At the end of the week, I typed it myself, the answer was: "Nothing is ready yet." To the claim that they promised to do it by the end of the week, and why call the deadlines if you don't know yourself, they replied: "We have a queue here, we don't know when we will do it." And then, on 04/18/2024, for the first time I got a call from the service. The gearbox did not fit! They offered to take off the photo of the necessary one so that I could re-order (and why couldn't I initially take off the photo if they themselves are unable to sit down and find a suitable gearbox?). No one knows what kind of spare parts they are or what they look like. 04/19/2024 I came to pick up the lens from this mountain service, the admin director sat down to look for the right gearbox, but something went wrong and I heard the same phrase again that they wrote to me in Viber: "It's similar, but it's hard to say 100%."
The third reason:
Apparently, the lens was engaged only after my call and questions when it was already repaired. The lens has been in service for 9 months!
The fourth reason:
04/19/2024, when I arrived to pick up the lens, the disassembly began what how and why, in the end the admin director said: "I don't want to talk to you right now, take the lens and go, go where you were going." Customer orientation is minus 100 points, a boorish director who sincerely believes that he is right.
And finally... When I started checking the lens before signing the act of completed work (in which, for a second, there was not a single written line, logically they did not do anything at all, did not disassemble, did not put the motor, etc.), it turned out that manual focusing did not work either (it worked without problems before the "repair"). He said that it was necessary to fix and give the lens in the condition in which it entered this wonderful place, to which the administrative director replied: "Replace the gearbox, you wrote a complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, now I won't do anything after that." That is, if I hadn't written a complaint, then they would have fixed it.
There was no answer to the question whether the autofocus motor was changed or not, they argued that a lot of time had passed and he did not remember (but it should have been spelled out in the act), the admin director called the master, who also did not kick in the tooth: "Well, it seems like it's worth it."
As a result, the lens was broken. If it were possible to put 0 stars, then I would.
There was an incomprehensible problem with the camera and went to quite a lot of counter who could not / wanted to help at all. I didn't think that anyone would be able to assess the problem and make this camera. But I called and we agreed in advance. The specialist helped, gave advice and I am very grateful for it, so do not doubt the professionalism of this office.

From glitches at work to documentation. But everything is screwed up. And what did not work out, they lie godlessly. There is a defect in the device that they tried to hide. I offered a real price for such a device. They refused. I suggested that they call the owner, because he is selling, maybe he will agree to my price. What was sent for. Of course, then they won't make any money.

I have been using this service for a long time. Always high-quality repairs, on time. There was a short break, as I bought equipment that was serviced under warranty in another service. As soon as the warranty ended, I came back and I don't regret it at all. The craftsmen always meet halfway, work on the principle of "the customer is always right": they always find the optimal solution so that the amount of repair is adequate and offer a choice of components and parts. All Canon's own and workers repaired here.
I brought them a manual lens for repair, in which the focuser flew off the thread. It was necessary to unscrew three screws and simply insert the focuser into the thread. They refused to do it - they said: "There is a lot of hassle, but little money." Well, the masters!

I bought a tamron 24-70 2.8 object from my hands and it turned out to be blurred due to the fall. The sharpness appeared somewhere at the 6.0 aperture

I do not recommend repairing cameras here. I'll tell you in more detail: I needed to replace the shutter cocking frame on the Sony a7ii camera, I called and asked if they would do such a job, they said they would replace it for 100 rubles (I had a spare part), the camera itself could take pictures one frame at a time, then the gears jammed and the camera error popped up, but the video could be shot calmly. I gave them the camera, they did it a couple of days later, they didn't say anything about malfunctions on the phone. I came to pick it up, the sound of the jammed gears disappeared, like the job was done, but then the camera just started to give an error when turned on before any action after 20-30 seconds, pointed it out to the administrator, took off the lens and I see that when turned on, the stabilizer of the matrix starts at an angle (the sensor is tilted), there were no problems with the stabilizer before repair, and then the most interesting thing begins - at first the administrator began to tell him that during the repair the master showed him that something was wrong with the stabilizer, then he began to refer to the camera's motherboard, whether it deteriorated from overheating, or from old age, from these words it is clear who they hold customers for, and to do what-then you need to wait for the same camera from them to diagnose by replacing the motherboard, although such a camera may not appear in a year for repair, in fact, they returned the brick (before that, you could at least shoot a video and one photo at a time), well, accordingly, replacing the motherboard is it's a completely different level of repair in terms of cost, for all my words that there were no problems with the stabilizer before their repair, the administrator said that how do they know what happened, then the question is: how do they take the equipment to themselves for repair, if they don't even understand what the reason is and how everything works?...upon arriving home, I wrote to a person who repairs photographic equipment in Russia, described the essence of the problem, and he immediately said that these "repairmen" either tore the stabilizer cable or damaged the connector on the motherboard...in general, the next day, armed with this knowledge and references to the Law on Consumer Protection, I returned to them and demanded that the camera be disassembled, if these malfunctions are found, they fix them at their own expense. As a result, after analysis, it was found that three contact tracks of the stabilizer plume were torn...in general, they were soldered, the master who did it just said that anything happens ..., I did not hear any apologies, plus after collecting they left a stain on the matrix, told them to remove it, while the photo accessory was turned on, the administrator took it away for a minute and returned it with a clean matrix, the camera was also turned on I was cleaning the sensor with the stabilizer turned on....these are the "masters" who work there, think before you bring your equipment there

On 28.01.2019, I contacted focus.by with a malfunction of the Canon 70D camera (serial number 1180200931). The stated malfunction is that the buttons on the camera partially did not work. After the diagnosis, I was informed that the buttons do not work due to the failure of the motherboard. Two options were offered: repair of the old motherboard (the price is about 300 rubles) or replacement with a new one (600 rubles). I decided to replace the old motherboard with a new one, as evidenced by the act of completed work No. 11247 dated 03/04/2019, the cost of the board is 500 rubles and the installation is 100 rubles, a total of 600 rubles.
A year later, on 04/07/2020, the camera failed again (pink stripes appeared on the screen when shooting). On the advice of friends, I turned to an authorized Canon service center on 1 Gikalo Street. After a conversation with the master, I was unpleasantly surprised. It turns out that Canon has recognized that frequent defects in the mat. Canon 70D boards are caused by overheating due to design features and replaces the motherboard with a new sample board for free.
I don't know if this fact was deliberately hidden in focus.by , or they didn't know. When opening my camera, it turned out that an old-style board was installed in it, and with traces of repair
As a result, I was refused a free replacement of the board by the recalled Canon company. I had to buy a new mat. the fee, and the purchase and installation cost me 340 rubles,

In total, I had to pay 940p for all repairs, although there was the possibility of free repairs at an authorized Canon service center.
He was not found guilty, he made an entry in the book of complaints and suggestions.
They did not help with the restoration of the plume.

They couldn't repair my camera. They offered to take another one of the same, renovated, with an additional fee. He worked for me for no more than six months and problems began. I had to buy a new one.
