A quiet and cozy hotel. Convenient location for moving around the city and out of town.
The rooms are clean and bright
A clever idea, of course, the lobby is fresh and excellent renovation, the rooms are not like that, but maybe they will do it later
There is sound insulation in the rooms
The beds are comfortable, but I came across a slightly bent mattress, but everything is fine and a good breakfast

Our favorite hotel. Clean, cozy, convenient location, near Ken Baba Park (especially good for kids). Delicious breakfast, courteous staff. Every time we drive through the city of Shymkent, my family and I choose this hotel. I advise you, you won't regret it!

A 3-star hotel. No more and no less. That says it all. Breakfast for 3 stars. In the evening we drank tea with a chocolate bar. It is convenient in the lobby. It's a pity there is very little space for communication.
The room was average. The price for such a room should be around 18,000 tenge. But it costs much more. A 3-star bed. The room was in the next building. They bought 2 apartments and combined them with a hotel. Fortunately, there was a balcony to smoke, for my guest it was the best thing.
The only thing I liked was the relative location of the center
