We flew from Kazan to Dubai and back in March 2024.
Brand new planes, clean, well serviced. They upgraded the class of seats there for free, and flew comfortably. Without delay, we arrived on time.
They landed back without delay, but when checking the systems, they revealed problems, while checking, a snack kit (water and crackers) was immediately delivered to the plane, after all passengers were taken back to the airport, where hot meals were offered, the company manager informed about further actions immediately. Very quickly, our board was replaced, we landed and the flight was sent. Food and drinks were also offered on board.
The flight was delayed, but the actions of the company's employees were clear and prompt that all passengers were satisfied. Safety is above all! Many thanks for the excellent work!

For some unknown reason, they did not fly out of Naples on time. At the transfer to Dubai, instead of arranging a quick transfer, the flight was postponed for half a day, the next day. The transfer to the hotel had to wait more than an hour!!! The Dubai Grand Hotel is a dead one, with burnt-out chairs, old furniture and plumbing. It looks more like a Hindu entertainment venue with a nightclub, hookah bar, bowling alley and a "SPA". Dinner and breakfast are miserable. So they also managed to seat my wife and me in different places and rows on the next flight!!! And the flight was predictably delayed. It's been an hour since we were supposed to fly, instead: Apologies!!! Why do I need them? Two flights in a row, two delays in a row!!! Worse than "Victory", honestly!!! Qatar's are 100 times better! Even Turks are 50 times better!!!

We were flying to Dubai-they delayed the flight, without any warnings at all. It's just that everyone sat for 40 minutes and did not understand what and where.
The food is terrible, it is impossible to eat and the house is full of fools to bring tea to food in almost an hour (with a night flight). No one wants to sleep, you can take out tea in an hour.

I asked for a plaid-the man came up(I didn't understand what language he was speaking) said szataoatsdvt loudly and turned off the Stewart call button. Since I didn't understand the answer, I called him three more times and each time he just turned off and left with a dissatisfied face.
He said he would call a Russian-speaking girl (of course she never came). We went to her ourselves, her face was even worse, just an employee of the MFC. She said there were no blankets and that was it.
I asked for water to drink a pill-they brought it 3 times. I asked for tea the whole flight -it was never brought.
I've flown abroad for the 12th time, and I've never met a worse car company.

Good afternoon, I want to share my impressions of the airline Fly Dubai. We flew from Moscow on flight FZ966 on 03/16/24, everything was fine, the impression from the airline was positive. But the return flight changed everything... We returned on 03/28/24 on flight FZ965. At first, we were surprised by the appearance of the flight attendants. It feels like they were recruited from different airlines: one was in a blue pantsuit, the other in a blue shirt and skirt, the third in a polka dot shirt and skirt, the flight attendant in a plaid shirt and blue trousers with an apron, in general, who is very good at what. Then it was more interesting, about an hour and a half after the flight, they began to carry a cart with food back and forth through the cabin of the aircraft. We still did not understand what kind of demonstration it was. Then, as always, not everyone got pasta with chicken, the rest were offered rice with vegetables. People started to get indignant. My son and I just refused such food. Further more, when tea and coffee began to be delivered, at first, according to tradition, the cart was again rolled back and forth around the cabin, then about half of the cabin was offered drinks, and in the second half something went wrong. Either they were just tired, or the boiling water in the kettles ran out, but they just "scored" on the other half of the people. Apparently they decided that if they closed the cage with a rag like a parrot and he fell asleep, they did the same thing to people - they just turned off the lights in the cabin and decided that it was time for everyone to sleep. We had to go for tea and coffee ourselves. Thank you for at least pouring it. At the same time, the staff themselves were quietly enjoying dinner at this time. Thank you for at least flying without delay.
I have been flying to Dubai with this airline for several years. Previously, food was for an additional fee, now it is being fed. Previously, there was no entertainment program on board, but now you can watch movies, read, play. The fee is 40 AED for the premium package, in my opinion the price is reasonable. I recommend it!

One of the worst airlines. I've heard a lot about the excellent service and new liners! Disappointed!!! The liners are old, shabby, there is nowhere to put a bottle of water, headphones, etc. there are no pockets in the seats. Take warm clothes on the flight (plaid is only on sale for $ 20) . Check-in for a flight for 2 days is free with a choice of seats, it's fine, we chose the seats we wanted. Both flights were without delays! The queue for baggage check-in was not large, unlike Turkish Airlines. The pilots are excellent, the aircraft control technique differs a little from the Russian pilots, they are sharper, but in general they are professionals in their field! The flight attendants are very nice and helpful. We flew both times on not-quite-new planes, but it's not critical, the cabin was clean and that's the main thing. For a separate cost, you can connect to the Wi-Fi of the aircraft and watch movies on board via the phone, well, or watch where you fly for free. Both times the food was the same: there was a choice of pasta bolognese or a Venatarian dish. In general, the flights were the same: take-off, drinks are distributed, food is distributed, drinks are re-distributed and garbage is collected, lights are dimmed (the flights were at night), water is offered a couple more times and landing. The planes were packed both times, of course, but in general everything went fine and comfortable. Thanks!
We flew on May 16, 2023, flight FZ 966 Flydubai to Dubai Airport from Moscow. Clearly on time took off and landed. The relatively clean cabin of the aircraft is bright, thanks to the pilots and stewards. We would like to mention a Russian-speaking stewardess and a steward (we don't know their name) out of four stewards for their attention and sensitivity during the flight. There is enough legroom (economy class), comfortable folding tables, comfortable chair backs. After takeoff, a hot lunch was brought in 30 minutes later, and min. water was given throughout the flight. Tea and coffee were given, but they were tasteless, bitter. We were satisfied.

Then we see what it says: check-in is over.My husband, my two children aged 3 and 6, and I quickly ran to the information desk. We found out which window the registration was in, ran up there at 6.13, it turns out we were 3 minutes late. As a result, a representative of the company named Karina, who was standing there, very rudely replied that we were 3 minutes late and registration was closed for us and told us to buy new tickets. She said she wasn't going to help us and wanted us to get out of here. Boorish and habalistic. It's just a shame that such representatives represent such an airline. They approached her and asked her to open the registration, she still answered haughtily and spoke rudely. We ask the airline to pay attention to this representative. She's clearly not sitting in her place. As a result, we bought tickets for another airline. There is no desire to fly this one anymore.
We flew on 21.04 from Moscow to Dubai and on 28.04 back, on the way back, our family got into an unpleasant situation when our plane flew away without us, the airline staff did not just leave us, but issued tickets for the next flight absolutely without additional charges. Disgusting airline! We fly from Moscow to Dubai, the flight is already delayed for 2 hours, they don't say anything, they put us on a plane and we sit for an hour, waiting for something. Another passenger was supposed to fly with us, but he couldn't and another person was put in our purchased seat. How could two passengers be registered for one seat?!
