I'm a terrible aerophobe, I read reviews about this airline before the trip and almost bought tickets for another flight, but there were no suitable options and that's good! We flew on the Istanbul/Chisinau flight/Istanbul. We checked in online, printed out the boarding passes and that's it, no problem. No additional fees. There was no luggage, they did not find fault with the hand luggage. The staff is excellent. Soft takeoff and landing (this is important to me! By the way, on the S7 flight it was shaking so much that I almost broke the armrests). Of the disadvantages, the planes are not new. You can buy water on board, it costs 2 euros. We were lucky, more than one flight was not delayed. In general, if you carefully read the rules of a / k, then there will be no problems. And if you need everything to be "expensive and rich", then you should go to Turkish Airlines 😉

Terrible airline! If you are in a hurry to go somewhere, it is better to choose another one. Of the 3 flights, 2 were postponed at the last moment. During the flight, they formally apologized for the delay. They don't even give out a sip of water, only for money, although tickets are not the cheapest, but average in price. They let everyone through with 10 bags of hand luggage, because of this there is nowhere to put their hand luggage, because the shelves are all occupied. People have to carry all their belongings on their knees. The horror!

It's a pity to put even one star on the most terrible, irresponsible and vile airline in my memory, which does not respect its passengers from the WORD at ALL!!!!!! The most negative impressions!!! The airline was created in order to make money. I chose this airline for the possibility of a non-stop flight Novosibirsk-Yerevan. I am not afraid of low-cost airlines and try to read the rules carefully. Before the flight, I read a lot of negative reviews and kept waiting - when will it start? And - it didn't start! Everything went great! And the flight was on time, and the conditions for registration were discussed on the website, and they did not find fault with hand luggage at all - they did not even measure it in the calibrator, although my backpack was visually not small - and it was comfortable in flight, the seat backs are adjustable, unlike Victory, and the flight service is excellent. In general, I really enjoyed flying with this airline.

We flew on the route Larnaca->Yerevan->Moscow on 06/13/2023. I took tickets to aviasales without looking at the ratings of the company.. it was just as convenient as possible in terms of connections and time. Before departure, I read the reviews here and began to prepare for the worst. What is the result? - Great low-cost airline!! TLDR: - We flew as a family of 2 adults, 2 children, 6 pieces of luggage (2 overweight) and a bunch of hand luggage. - all departures without delay - when departing from Larnaca, they turned a blind eye to a decent excess of luggage, they didn't say anything at all - when departing from Yerevan, they paid about 6 rubles for two overweight - The luggage was not supposed to be received in Yerevan, but due to some kind of lining, it had to be received and handed over again. This was said as transparently as possible 3 times both on departure and on arrival. This is probably the only disadvantage, but once again - for a low-cost airline, I consider this to be the minimum risk taken into account in the ticket price. In total, either we were so lucky or a lot of negativity here is the order of competitors. I rarely fly, I will not collect statistics myself. Have a nice flight to everyone!

We flew on the St. Petersburg-Yerevan-Tivat route and back in early June 2025. Before buying, we read extremely negative reviews about this company on the Internet. But since there weren't many options for our dates, we decided to take a chance... moreover, the price was captivating. I should immediately note that this is a low-cost airline, no worse than the low-cost airlines popular in Europe (Ryanair, Wizzair, easyJet, Norvegianair). A distinctive feature of a low-cost airline is that you pay separately for all extras. In the case of FlyOne, everything is exactly the same. We bought a basic ticket with a 5kg carry-on bag (the size of a handbag) and an additional 10kg carry-on bag for each of us (there were 3 people). Additionally, we bought seats on the plane in advance, 800 rubles each for each flight segment. This service allowed us to check in online 30 days before departure in both directions. That is, at the time of departure, we had printed boarding passes for round-trip flights. !!! For information, due to the lack of online check-in and the printing of a boarding pass at the airport check-in desk, the company will charge € 36 per person for each flight. In summary, I can assume that the main negative towards the company is related to a misunderstanding of the set of services provided and their cost. In general, the planes are normal, not broken. We had Airbus 320s on all our flights. The crew is friendly, attentive and friendly.

I want to describe the situation and then I will demand a refund in the amount of 6,000 rubles (or 25958 Armenian drams), which was taken "allegedly for checking in at Yerevan airport 3.5 hours before the flight departure." Flight 3F 333, departure on July 24 at 01 o'clock. Passengers Petrovich V. V. and Petrovich N. A. Firstly, the ticket does not indicate that it is necessary to register in 4 hours on the Fly One company's website, secondly, at the Fly One representative office on the 3rd floor of Yerevan airport (an arrogant man), as well as registrars 1 (a girl) and 2 at the counter (a young man) registrations did not provide information and rules on paid registration. I ask you to return the funds in the amount of 6000 rubles.

I am one of those who, after reading the reviews, prepared for the worst. But in the end, I have the most positive impressions about this low-cost airline. I was flying Moscow-Yerevan-Tel Aviv. With both flights, there was a situation that not only did not delay the flight, but the landing began even earlier than usual, as a result, the plane took off at exactly the specified time, if not a little earlier. I don't remember anyone being so punctual. Stewards and stewardesses are mega-polite, extremely smiling and rush to help in any little thing. There was not a single "I didn't get enough sleep today and I don't have time for you" face among the workers on board. Yes, all the food (I just don't remember if the food was on sale, maybe I'm lying) and drinking for money, you need to know in advance. They are sold for rubles, Armenian currency or euros. Oh, and the plane wasn't wildly cramped inside, so you put your knees on your chest, and there was a normal distance between the rows. Obviously more than most of the airlines I've flown recently. In order not to pay extra for check-in at the airport, you need to register online. And print out the boarding pass. I typed, but I didn't need it. Plus, when you register, you definitely pay extra for choosing a place. And we must not forget to pay for the luggage, if necessary. In general, I liked everything, even I was not too lazy to write a review to them for it.

the worst company. they squeeze the butterflies out of you like from a bush. Paid registration? Really? Is it even legal? Are there any lawyers here? why can't I use the ticket, only with a fee. and if I don't have money, then I won't be cured? what is that? is the second bag and package with an additional fee? registration is terminated in an hour, if you are late for a minute, then a fine!!! This airline postponed my flight a day later(!) Plus an overnight stay that I didn't expect and that no one will pay for. Plus a paid check-in, which is written in small print at the end of the ticket letter. Without specifying the amount, which surprised me, to put it mildly. Think before you fly with Fly One. Upon arrival at the airport, we learned that the flight was canceled. The airline did not give any advance warning. If they had written at least a day in advance, it would have been possible to at least cancel the hotel. As a result, it is not clear whether the money will be refunded for the canceled flight.

After reading a lot of negative reviews, I did not want to fly with this company to Chisinau at all. But the circumstances turned out that the tickets through Istanbul were several times more expensive and the transfers were too long than through Yerevan. And then we decided to take a chance! Honestly, I was outraged by the negative reviews and decided that if everything goes well, I will definitely write a review! It turned out to be an absolutely normal company, no worse than others. They don't feed me, so what, I flew with only one company, which was fed on board! It's not critical for me. Those who cannot wait can buy food for a fee, the menu is presented on the plane. Can't check in for a flight??? Yes, it's simple, I went through the computer, entered the data and everything is ready, no glitches! I also downloaded the app and bought tickets through it. We received FREE boarding passes at the airport counter! Of the three flights, one was delayed for 40 minutes and that was not their fault (I do not exclude that maybe I was lucky). Notifications about flight time changes are sent by e-mail. The staff is also friendly! A glass of water was brought free of charge upon request. In general, everything went well! There was more panic..

I will tell you my experience of flying with this company. I must say right away, our case is not easy, since two more cats were flying. We bought tickets online on the website, where we immediately added animals, so we did not find fault with the animals at the airport, we just looked at the certificates and passports. All stages of the flight were sent to the mail, from "your departure is coming soon, it's time to go to the airport" to "changing the check-in desk". The flight was delayed for 2 hours from Vnukovo, but otherwise everything went well. We flew from Vnukovo to Yerevan perfectly, a normal plane, does not fall apart, it is quite comfortable. The staff is pleasant, they were ready to help with any question. They were allowed to put two carriers in the back seats, as there was a lot of free space in the back. We took off from Yerevan to Chisinau in 16 hours, without delay. Our things were transferred to the flights themselves, we received our luggage already in Chisinau. There were no problems with checking in at all, you just need to read the conditions on the website, we bought a ticket 3 days before departure, at the same time online registration became available, we checked in and boarding passes were sent to us by mail. In Vnukovo there is a special free terminal for printing a coupon from your phone, and in Yerevan they just print it for free at the reception desk. We did not have any additional fees, on the contrary, we had a computer in a box with us as hand luggage, it did not fit a little into the frame of hand luggage, but the staff turned a blind eye to this and gave out a tag. The plane from Yerevan to Chisinau was not as new as before, but in principle it would not take long to fly, so it is not critical. Throughout our journey, all the stages arrived at the post office. In general, everything was fine with us. On the way to Chisinau, euros, rubles and even drams were accepted for payment on the plane, so there are no problems with payment. The polite staff, everyone was touched by the cats, the animals were tagged with "priority luggage". My opinion is that most of the negative reviews are like this, only due to people's ignorance and not careful reading of flight conditions.

I bought 3 tickets and immediately checked in on their off-site, as I heard that there might be a problem at the airport. I did everything right, but they still made me pay, 4500 rubles each, even showed them on the website that everything was done, but without options. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. My flight 3F 477 from Yerevan to Yekaterinburg on August 30, 2023 was simply canceled and offered a flight on September 3. In order not to pay for check-in at the airport, do not forget to do it in advance. Online registration is kind of weird. It's not clear to the last whether you passed it or not. The amount of hand luggage is not heavily controlled. There is a website in Russian. It was not possible to contact the company. Hello everyone. It's my turn to write a review. We bought a ticket for the Tivat - Yerevan flight and spent two months on glasses. The bags were taken special, clearly sized. They were very afraid of everything. Two days before the flight, we received an email from Air Sales with such information - registration is free only online 24 hours before the flight and 4 hours before departure it ends. We've done everything. For a long time I did not understand how to remove paid services on the site, but everything turned out in the end. The seats were in different rows. At Tivat airport, the situation was like this - they do not have a Flyvan office, we still stood in line at the check-in desk and received paper boarding passes (although electronic ones were both on paper and in the phone). No money was taken from anyone. The people were obviously carrying oversized carry-on luggage and obviously weren't too worried about it. Our hand luggage was not checked in any way in terms of weight or size (the bags were clearly stuffed).Everything was fine on the plane, the flight was fine. I bought water for 150 rubles. You can buy a snack or coffee, which is very convenient when you are on the road all day. There are three currencies - euros, rubles and the Armenian currency (I don't remember the name). The landing is soft, the airbus plane did not look killed inside. Upon arrival in Armenia, I already saw the Flyvan terminal before check-in and realized that the departure scenarios are exactly the reviews described here. So my conclusion is that it all depends on where you're flying from. Everything went very well in Tivat (Montenegro). Probably, when flying in Armenia or Moldova or any country where the airline has an office, everything will be the same as in the negative reviews. But I repeat, it's real to register on the site for free. The flight was delayed by 10 minutes, this is a good result relative to the departure from Russia and Istanbul a couple of weeks ago with delays of 1-1.5 hours.

Hello everyone Also for statistics. FlyOne Armenia flew from Moscow-Yerevan-Paris. (3F 324/3F 927). The first flight took off without delay, and even arrived as if ahead of time. The flight attendants are quite polite, everything was OK, the plane was an Airbus 320, not even very old. They didn't feed, of course, and even the water was paid, but it was cheaper than at the airport (100 rubles). The second flight was delayed for about 30 minutes, it also arrived late, but tell me who is not guilty of this, so we can say within the norm. It was serviced by the Wizzair team, there was a very beaky 55+ team, but they were straight sincere, they liked it. In general, I read a lot of horrors before the trip, I was preparing for the worst, I was very afraid, and in the end I got off with this fright. But of course, I did not expect much and the thought flashed - if only I could fly. We flew and it's okay :-D Important: Check in in advance so as not to pay for check-in at the airport and print out boarding passes. And yes, they carefully check the cabin hand luggage. They are forced to put it in the calibrator (the dimensions are 30x40x20, it seems, it should be written on the ticket). Pot-bellied backpacks will not work. Fun fact: on both flights, the co-pilots were women!

I flew back and forth to Nice in August of the 24th year; without delay. The plane is old, but clean, the flight attendants are polite. The most disgusting airline, flight delays of up to 4 hours, postponement of flights at night, they charge money for everything, 3300 were charged for registration at the airport, they don't even give water for free during the flight. The worst airline! I paid an additional fare with my luggage. The front desk asked about online registration. There should have been a letter in the mail. I'm checking my mail, there's no letter. Only one letter about booking a ticket. Online check-in starts 24 hours in advance and closes 4 hours before departure. As a result, they refused to register until I pay 30 euros for each passenger. I have experience flying on a very large number of airlines. From Russian, to European and American, including low-cost airlines. At all, if you purchase an additional fare, check-in at the airport. But not "these" ones. When asked why there was no letter in the mail, they said that they did not know if it should have come. In addition, there is no food on the plane and even water for money. I strongly do NOT recommend it!

On December 17, 2023, Flyone flight 3F 872 from Larnaca to Yerevan was delayed for more than 4 hours. No one from the company clearly explained the reason for the delay, no one from the airline offered any help options, did not offer soft drinks, plain water, complete disregard and disgusting disrespectful attitude towards passengers. I was flying to Yerevan and in three and a half hours I was supposed to fly to Moscow by Aeroflot. The flight landed in Yerevan 3 hours and 20 minutes late, of course Aeroflot left without us. In the Flyone office, again, no one offered anything, no compensation options or the option of another flight, we had to buy tickets for the flight of the same company, without receiving a penny of discount or compensation, we spent the night at the airport. Flyone has a bad reputation everywhere, I asked Airhelp for help to compensate for expenses, they refused me, writing literally the following:In our experience with this airline and this jurisdiction, passengers very rarely seek compensation, even if they are fully entitled to it. We are fighting to change this situation, but right now we cannot take your application to work. The worst airline, - the flight was supposed to be 03/27/2023 Moscow -Yerevan, the flight was canceled, the notification was sent only by mail, even though I left a phone number. Also, the selected seats were paid separately, after the date was postponed to 29.03, the seats were determined by the airline itself.. there is no one to contact in Moscow!! On the day of departure, we again learned about the change in departure time (and by combining with another flight), the departure was postponed 3 HOURS earlier from the scheduled time. At least it says somewhere that check-in is paid both online and at the airport. But no.!! There is no such information anywhere on the site. You will only find out at the check-in desk or if you read their letters more carefully, when an already purchased ticket is sent to the post office, which is non-refundable. There is another option - to find time to read reviews. Prices are not lower than other alternative companies. If even the cheapest option comes across, then with an overpayment for registration, it costs more than average prices. The boorish attitude of the airline staff. THE HORROR! There is no humanity. They spoil all the good impressions about the country. Everything is fine, until the moment of meeting with this airline.! Everything on board the plane is paid, even a glass of plain water. That is, if you gave the last money for registration and you felt sick on board, or you need to drink medicine, then die without panic, no one will help you. The only big plus is the PILOTS. PS Fly one Armenia, I understand that you are a subsidiary of Fly one, you have common rules, but make changes to your rules, do not spoil your impressions of the country at the time of registration.

It was postponed three times: from 22:50 to 6:30 the next day, then to 8:00, then to 8:30, ~ at 9:10 I just got out. The delay was notified by email only after waiting 3 hours at the airport. The hotel was not provided (although it is mandatory for a delay of 6 + hours). It is mandatory to print a boarding pass at online check-in, otherwise a paid printout. I'm not talking about the fact that there is no food on board and water is only paid. "Requests" are accepted only through the form on the website or by email helpdesk.am@flyone.eu The appeal was registered, but so far (a week has passed!) There is no answer. There was no apology for the delay. Upon arrival, the ship's commander announced (quote): "because of the mess at Pulkovo airport, we will have to wait 10-15 minutes on the plane." What kind of 10-15 minutes of mess was he talking about when the flight was delayed for 11 hours?!

The only thing that can be praised is the crew. I flew the route Moscow-Yerevan-Tivat. To begin with, check-in with the airline is paid in any case, online from 500 rubles, and if at the airport, then 3500 rubles, then after online check-in, in order to check in my luggage in Yerevan, I had to look for check-in desks for a good 1.5 hours, until I found platform 9 and 3/4 by word of mouth, absolutely unmarked, then I found out that the plane was flying to Podgorica instead of Tivat. They just changed the airport. The water on board the airline is paid. Thank you that the toilet is not for extra.the fee. Return trip: Tivat-Yerevan-Moscow. I watched the online scoreboard regularly, the flight was in Tivat, I arrived in Tivat, I found out that they had moved to Podgorica. Besides, the flight took off earlier. Apparently, the airline had overbooking and they decided to get rid of the "extra passengers". I do not know by what miracle this airline still exists, but it is just a scam. Do not fly in any case.

When registering from Yerevan to Moscow, they just took 25,000 drams for registration, (apparently someone is completing the house and lacks money) they provide seats for free if you register via the Internet, they gave you a seat without folding the backrest, as I flew on a chair for 4 hours, I do not recommend flying with this company, the flight was delayed, judging by the reviews it is normal, don't get fooled by cheap tickets, as a result, it costs twice as much, not counting the nerves, zero balls of this disgusting company.
