And none of the other passengers. For fear that I would not be able to fit a small suitcase on wheels into the calibrator frame, I took a simple soft bag. Which I regretted later. It is very difficult to carry 10 kg in your hands, especially in SHDG, where there are long distances. Next time I'll go with a suitcase on wheels, especially since most of the passengers had suitcases in the cabin. No one stopped anyone anywhere. Everything is based on trust. In addition to the main bag, I had two more shoulder bags and a bag of clothes. However, everything is the same. During the trip, I was with three crews (Yerevan-Paris and back the same crew). Extremely polite and well-mannered staff. According to the priority tariff, I had the right to enter the salon without waiting in line, which I took advantage of. In Yerevan, a passage was reluctantly opened back to Moscow for the priority, but it was opened at the request :) The stewards threw the bag on the shelf without my request. All that caused me inconvenience was a small toilet at the Yerevan airport: a queue. both day and night. But this is not a question for the airline. The whole flight there and back was extremely pleasant thanks to the staff of the Yerevan airport and the crews of the aircraft. Everyone speaks Russian and is very friendly. Everything was perfect for a low-cost airline. And the staff is beyond praise. Next time I will fly with this airline without worries.

We flew from Rome to Yerevan, and there was a flight 3F 325 from Yerevan on August 12, 2024 to Moscow. Already in Rome, it became clear that we were delayed and there were 15 people flying from Yerevan to Moscow. We started calling the airline 8 hours before departure and explaining this situation that we would arrive 40 minutes before and be able to get on the plane 30 minutes before departure. As a result, we were not allowed on the flight right before boarding. The plane was parked and took off 15 minutes later, but 15 of us, including three children, their parents with a stroller were simply not allowed in, they said that the door to the plane was already closed. They did not respond to our requests to enter the position and open the door in any way, they just told us to buy tickets for the next flight from them. As a result, 15 people did not get on the plane and bought tickets from other airlines. Flyuan has lost customers and I wish this airline to go bankrupt and close down as soon as possible.

Four flights passed without delays and delayed departures, clearly timed. Delays apparently occur when one of the four A320s breaks down. I assume that this is the reason for the airline's bottleneck when delaying and rescheduling a flight.
The A320 is not old or worn out, they are 14-15 years old. The staff was very friendly, friendly and courteous! Armenian brigades served and there was also a mixed team from Mongolia. Drinks and light snacks are sold on board, they are cheap, for example, 0.5liters of water cost 1.5 euros. To wish for better service: to sell grain custard coffee and tea would also be made with leaf custard with lemon, let it become a certain feature of the carrier that passengers could remember. The salons are clean. We flew to Milan from Yerevan and back on more comfortable boards, the distance between the seats is greater and the profile of the seats is more comfortable. This is better in terms of comfort than other companies offer us. And... the toilets, even at the end of the flight, were perfectly clean and equipped with napkins and soap on all flights. You pay attention to such things right away.
To fly on a low-cost airline, you must always install the carrier's application on your smartphone in advance. Many questions are removed automatically. The application was decent, there were no prentensions. From my own experience, I recommend reading the baggage clearance rules and check-in rules in advance, as well as taking all the itinerary sheets with you in printed form and submitting them immediately at the first check-in at the airport, this will remove all questions during check-in, especially for those who fly with transfers and even with docking from different airlines. The staff at all three hubs were friendly and attentive. I liked how carefully and in the right places the stickers were glued to the suitcase so that they would not fly off on the conveyors.
I recommend paying extra in advance for oversized hand luggage. Bags are measured at check-in. The size of the baggage for free transportation is a city backpack, no more. In some cases, if you do not register in advance, you can pay 105 euros for face-to-face registration.

In Milan, 44 euros per person were requested for check-in, upon arrival in Yerevan, the flight to Moscow was postponed, and then completely canceled, when boarding the flight to Moscow, not all passengers were given boarding passes, and they refused to land without them, but even if there were boarding passes, they put the family (husband, wife, the child) all to different places, at the same time, and to transfer to normal places, they said to solve the issue with the passengers themselves, despite the fact that everything was paid for these places at the airport , at 44 euros per person, (after they yelled at everyone, they put them together), and the cherry on the cake was that according to upon arrival in Moscow, all passengers' luggage did not arrive and had to spend another 3.5 hours at the airport to process all documents for the search and return of luggage (we really hope that it will still arrive). Water on board costs 1.5 euros, and you can order only an old dry croissant, nuts, and chips from the food. Our plane was delayed in Moscow for 20 minutes, but in those days many flights were delayed due to weather conditions, but arrived on schedule as promised by the captain in three hours. On the plane, water and food for an additional fee, landed very gently, did not even feel the touch. Yerevan airport is small, the business hall is also very small, in the second half of the repair, but there were almost no people at night, I had a snack, rested, took water for the second half of the way.

Then the surcharge for registration is 4 thousand per person, then for a stroller a cane for a child less than 2 years 5 thousand, and in fact they delayed the flight for 9 hours, of which they sat in the septic tank for 4 hours and did not even inform us!!!

Do not choose the FLYONE airline, I was very disappointed.
Our flight was from Yerevan to Sochi, we arrived as expected in advance, the girl at the check-in desk said that it was necessary to check in online 4 hours in advance, allegedly it was written on the airline's website, there were no notifications about such an unpleasant moment, and since we did not do this, we need to pay 30,000 AMD, We didn't have the local currency with us. I had to run around the airport in search of an exchange office, then run to the airline's office to pay the imposed amount for not completing online registration, go back to the check-in desk and check in again. At the same time, the amount of the additional fee for the exchange came out to 8 thousand rubles, in addition to the cost of tickets.
And the most unpleasant thing is that it was unexpected, and if we didn't have extra money or time. If you want to withdraw extra money, write this, or make a ticket more expensive, I will never fly with this airline again. And on the other hand, that I dared to be outraged by this situation, they put me in the very last row, and even here they showed themselves to be petty scoundrels. Terrible airline.

Hello everyone. It's my turn to write a review. We bought a ticket for the Tivat - Yerevan flight and spent two months on glasses. The bags were taken special, clearly sized. They were very afraid of everything. Two days before the flight, we received an email from Air Sales with such information - registration is free only online 24 hours before the flight and 4 hours before departure it ends. We've done everything. For a long time I did not understand how to remove paid services on the site, but everything turned out in the end. The seats were in different rows.
At Tivat airport, the situation was like this - they do not have a Flyvan office, we still stood in line at the check-in desk and received paper boarding passes (although electronic ones were both on paper and in the phone). No money was taken from anyone. The people were obviously carrying oversized carry-on luggage and obviously weren't too worried about it. Our hand luggage was not checked in any way in terms of weight or size (the bags were clearly stuffed).Everything was fine on the plane, the flight was fine. I bought water for 150 rubles. You can buy a snack or coffee, which is very convenient when you are on the road all day. There are three currencies - euros, rubles and the Armenian currency (I don't remember the name).
The landing is soft, the airbus plane did not look killed inside. Upon arrival in Armenia, I already saw the Flyvan terminal before check-in and realized that the departure scenarios are exactly the reviews described here.
So my conclusion is that it all depends on where you're flying from. Everything went very well in Tivat (Montenegro). Probably, when flying in Armenia or Moldova or any country where the airline has an office, everything will be the same as in the negative reviews.
But I repeat, it's real to register on the site for free.
The flight was delayed by 10 minutes, this is a good result relative to the departure from Russia and Istanbul a couple of weeks ago with delays of 1-1.5 hours.
At least it says somewhere that check-in is paid both online and at the airport. But no.!! There is no such information anywhere on the site. You will only find out at the check-in desk or if you read their letters more carefully, when an already purchased ticket is sent to the post office, which is non-refundable. There is another option - to find time to read reviews.
Prices are not lower than other alternative companies. If even the cheapest option comes across, then with an overpayment for registration, it costs more than average prices.
The boorish attitude of the airline staff. THE HORROR! There is no humanity.
They spoil all the good impressions about the country. Everything is fine, until the moment of meeting with this airline.!
Everything on board the plane is paid, even a glass of plain water. That is, if you gave the last money for registration and you felt sick on board, or you need to drink medicine, then die without panic, no one will help you.

PS Fly one Armenia, I understand that you are a subsidiary of Fly one, you have common rules, but make changes to your rules, do not spoil your impressions of the country at the time of registration.
