FlyOne Armenia subsidiary is an Armenian low-cost airline with its own amazing rules. Relatively inexpensive tickets, but be prepared for a complex online check-in system. If you choose a seat online for a fee, you have not yet checked in for a flight at the airport, you will be charged for check-in. Everything is paid for on board, and even water. There are only two types of sandwich from the food, for a fee, of course. Hand luggage in a suitcase starting from 5 kg is charged, the weight is not asked in a backpack. Moreover, they say it is cheaper to register on the site, but this is impossible, everything is very veiled. At the airport, the check-in fee is twice as expensive. The company's benchmark service for legally wringing money does not clearly inform customers about hidden payments and the need for additional online registration.

We flew on the St. Petersburg-Yerevan-St. Petersburg route with my husband and two children (8 years old and an infant without a seat) in March 2025. I took tickets for almost half a year on sale, 17 thousand rubles came out for the whole family for round-trip tickets. The only downside was that in early January, both flights were postponed 3 days ahead, apparently the schedule was approved, the notification about the postponement was immediately sent to the mail and displayed in the application. No extras. We did not purchase any additional services, we registered in advance, and at registration we were given all 3 seats in different rows. But in the end, at the request of Pulkovo, the seats were changed to one row, everything is nearby. On the flight from Yerevan, the seats themselves changed by one row 12 hours before departure (monitored in the application). They didn't ask for a printout of the boarding passes anywhere, although we had them. No one measured our hand luggage, but some were sent to the calibrator. A baby carriage + 10 kg luggage is provided for the infant for free. The flights took off exactly on schedule, without delays. The planes are good. The plane is almost full, there were 4-5 rows available at the end, but we were flying on vacation. After takeoff, everyone who wanted to move moved, the crew did not mind.
