I flew with this company regularly and with each trip there were more and more problems with the schedule, delay or even cancellation of flights. For the first time I was faced with the cancellation of a flight in the winter of 2024. We just rescheduled the Milan-Moscow flight from Monday to Friday. The hotels are paid for, the vacation is approved not only for me, but also for my wife and daughter...tin., I had to redraw everything, negotiate ... The next flight is Moscow-Yerevan, 02.09.2024 at 02:00 departure from Moscow. We checked in, and it turns out that the plane was not even going to take off from Yerevan, on which we were supposed to fly, this was announced only at the airport. As a result, the delay of 4 hours and, accordingly, the docking on Wizz to Venice went into the trash. There is only one option left, by the same company Flyone to Milan at horse prices, 61,000rubles. The flight is scheduled for 17-00. And again ..the flight is postponed to 19-50!!! Although the plane was parked in Yerevan. As a result, I do not have time to catch the train to Venice, the last one goes at 22-30. Overnight in Milan. The total hit is 80,000₽. For myself, I put this company in the last place when choosing flights

Before the flight Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow, I read the reviews and was horrified - I was preparing for the flight as for an exam. In the end, everything went smoothly, without unexpected surcharges. Both flights took off and arrived strictly on schedule. I printed out the boarding pass - it was exchanged for a standard boarding pass at the airport counter. Hand luggage was not measured, but I saw that those who were measured and asked to put it in the calibrator - but these were cases when it was visible to the naked eye that the bag was larger than the norm. The stewards are friendly and speak Russian fluently. On board, you can buy snacks and light snacks for an adequate price - water 150 rubles 0.5 liters, chocolate 200 rubles, tea 150 rubles. The toilets are clean, everything is there, everything is neatly laid out. The backs of the chairs recline, the distance between the rows of chairs is normal, I did not have any discomfort. In general, no fears from the reviews were justified, both flights were excellent.
