Never again! It's a scam airlines.

We flew on the St. Petersburg-Yerevan-St. Petersburg route with my husband and two children (8 years old and an infant without a seat) in March 2025. I took tickets for almost half a year on sale, 17 thousand rubles came out for the whole family for round-trip tickets. The only downside was that in early January, both flights were postponed 3 days ahead, apparently the schedule was approved, the notification about the postponement was immediately sent to the mail and displayed in the application. No extras. We did not purchase any additional services, we registered in advance, and at registration we were given all 3 seats in different rows. But in the end, at the request of Pulkovo, the seats were changed to one row, everything is nearby. On the flight from Yerevan, the seats themselves changed by one row 12 hours before departure (monitored in the application). They didn't ask for a printout of the boarding passes anywhere, although we had them. No one measured our hand luggage, but some were sent to the calibrator. A baby carriage + 10 kg luggage is provided for the infant for free. The flights took off exactly on schedule, without delays. The planes are good. The plane is almost full, there were 4-5 rows available at the end, but we were flying on vacation. After takeoff, everyone who wanted to move moved, the crew did not mind.

Before the flight Moscow-Yerevan-Moscow, I read the reviews and was horrified - I was preparing for the flight as for an exam. In the end, everything went smoothly, without unexpected surcharges. Both flights took off and arrived strictly on schedule. I printed out the boarding pass - it was exchanged for a standard boarding pass at the airport counter. Hand luggage was not measured, but I saw that those who were measured and asked to put it in the calibrator - but these were cases when it was visible to the naked eye that the bag was larger than the norm. The stewards are friendly and speak Russian fluently. On board, you can buy snacks and light snacks for an adequate price - water 150 rubles 0.5 liters, chocolate 200 rubles, tea 150 rubles. The toilets are clean, everything is there, everything is neatly laid out. The backs of the chairs recline, the distance between the rows of chairs is normal, I did not have any discomfort. In general, no fears from the reviews were justified, both flights were excellent.
