Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I ordered a bouquet in advance, I was in a hurry, I warned by what time the bouquet was needed, in the end I arrived - the bouquet was not ready. They did it in front of me. The girl said she was picking another bouquet. I understand that everyone wants to make money and my small bouquet was not a priority over a larger bouquet. But... this is about the service.
The price tag is space, to put it mildly. They noted that such a delivery had arrived, at such prices, due to the holidays.
I can't tell by the quality of the flowers , they were taken as a gift.… How they stood remains a mystery. There was another flower shop around the corner and it was probably worth ordering to pick it up there, since there weren't many shops on the way.
I ordered a bouquet for 180 bel.rub or 5.129 Russian rubles on 08.03, for my mother for the holiday, the store is located on the Flowwow platform, I also placed the order there, since I was in Russia at the time of the holiday, now in order:
1. the bouquet was needed with a mimosa (the order was for exactly such a prefabricated bouquet, where it is in the composition, other flowers were not interested).
2. They sent a photo of the finished bouquet in the Flowwow application, I was not satisfied with it (I will attach the photo on the ad and the photo of the finished bouquet from the store), they said they would reassemble, reassembled and sent the photo, already to whatsapp.
3. When I asked what was wrong with the mimosa, why one was orange, the other yellow (which was added after the final assembly) - there was a suspicion that it was dry, to which they told me: "it's fresh, it will stay warm and change color"
4. I was assured that everything is fine with the flowers, everything is fresh (they said the other mimosa is no longer available). When the bouquet was delivered, the mimosa turned out to be dry and rotten in places. (Photo attached)
5. I wrote to the store immediately on 08.03 that this situation does not suit me, the flowers are dry, rotten and asked what they can offer in this situation. They offered to reassemble the bouquet for the same amount, but they did not have a mimosa, and since they needed a bouquet with it, I refused, informed the store that in this situation the best solution was for them to take the bouquet and return the money.
6. The store apologized for the ruined holiday, offered to refund the money for the bouquet and call the courier to pick it up, I agreed. I provided them with all the information on the order that was necessary for the courier and the refund.
7. Then the store wrote the next day on 09.03 that I contact the Flowwow service support (since the service withholds commission from the store), opened a dispute on the order and through this dispute it is the store that will refund the money. (I will also provide a screenshot of the messages in the correspondence).
8. I opened the dispute, the store said that they also wrote to support that they wanted to refund my money and that the dispute would be resolved. However, the store decided against the dispute in my favor and eventually refused to refund the funds.
The owner Roman Mikhailovich and the staff do not get in touch, they ignore me, I wanted to resolve this situation without conflicts, I was not rude to anyone, I was not rude, I did not write reviews, I hoped that the store would act conscientiously, but it was useless.
