We ordered a bouquet for September 1st. Bush rose and lisianthus were present in this bouquet on the website. Without warning me, they were replaced with antirinum and alstroemeria. They stuffed a lot of greenery, some of the flowers were stale. The florist was rude. The receipt was refused.
