One of the favorite establishments in Minsk. The food is very tasty, it differs in its taste combinations, you can try something unusual. The prices here are above average, but we were always satisfied! The staff is always polite, the interior is very pleasant, there is a lot of space
I like the lemonades here. Once we took non-alcoholic champagne here, we really liked it, but after a while it was removed from the menu. The same thing happened with watermelon lemonade, it's very sad (but the new drinks also taste good
The food is always delicious too. I really like ramen, always on top
Katsu and eel also liked it, they really fell into the soul, but it was not very convenient to eat. It would be ideal if they gave out gloves (I've seen them in other establishments), because the hands are all in sauce at the end, and dry wipes don't really help
Because of my indifference to katsu, I took katsu with pastrami, but it didn't go well for me at all. Firstly, it is even more inconvenient to eat them, because everything falls apart in pieces. Secondly, they seemed too salty (perhaps this is my preference)
The music is quite loud. I would like to make it quieter so that I can hear the interlocutor, because we often sat next to the speakers

One of the most favorite places in Minsk: food, service, atmosphere — everything is at the highest level! For those who are for the first time, I recommend trying tartare with parmesan mousse, ramen with chicken, bao with shrimp, scallops or halibut. Desserts are also very tasty) And there are 2 more cool institutions — Culture and Umami. The concept is similar, but the positions are different. We constantly go to all establishments ☺️

It is quite tasty and quite expensive. Cocktails for 20p are not wow, just not bad, but both drinks tasted almost the same.
The famous square-shaped rolls have become a disappointment - just good quality rolls for a very high price.
Katsu with pastrami is an incredibly delicious combination, but it was impossible to eat. It was falling apart very badly. I had to eat each ingredient separately :(
The steer steak was not bad. Roasting, sauce, serving - everything is great.
The service is good, unobtrusive.
Separately, I want to like the cool dishes - you can see the attention to every detail.
But the menu is not readable the first time. Yes, it is very stylish and unusual, but in some places it is difficult to understand what is what.
The portions are small. The place is not for gluttony, but for getting new gastronomic sensations (which is very much hampered by the location of the tables when you hear every word spoken by the guests at the next table). The place is clearly not for dating, the tables for two are very close, there was no feeling of comfort and I wanted to leave as soon as possible.
In general, it's delicious, interesting, maybe I'll come back to try some other positions, but no more

There are not many really good places in Minsk that really deserve 5 stars. But everything came together here, the atmosphere, the music, the unobtrusive but attentive waiters, and most importantly the taste and serving of dishes. I advise all lovers of Japanese / Asian cuisine, very worthy.

Authentic, elegant, good. From the creators of Umami, there was an open kitchen as soon as they opened and then once at breakfast, not everyone may like the interior, but in my opinion it emphasizes the concept of the place. 1. The food does not match the price list from the word at all.
- There are bones in the fish steak. Lots of bones. Because of the baked crust on top, there is absolutely no understanding that your teeth are crunching.
- Ramen is the most defaulted: there is nothing that could distinguish it from other ramen, including those with fast delivery. If you want a cool ramen, try chizu-tori in marumi.
- The duck is barely fried, with raw meat in the middle and skin on top. It's possible for anyone, but I haven't tasted it at all: I like something deep-fried and without skin, therefore the dish is more disgusting than pleasant for me.
- Sushi is like sushi, even if there is nothing to say.
- Pineapples are cool, that's just great.
2. We came to eat - there are no grammars on the menu. What and how much you order is poorly understood. The fish steak was brought decent, 300 grams, while the duck was brought three pieces per tooth.
3. Well, okay, maybe they're not coming here to eat, but for the food and the atmosphere? Ten times. All the dishes are stylistically different, and go into complete disagreement with the design of the place itself. Do you think I'm being picky? They brought me fish on a plate with Russian gzhel, Karl! While a friend was brought colorful Asian girls on a plate, and the drinks were in rough clay pots. Even in the teahouse, they try to keep a balance
Bottom line: They left hungry. They would have ordered more, but the quality of the food, as well as the price for it, were considered inadequate. We went to the KFS and ate normally. Flow is an empty place with an application... That's just apart from a fancy application, there is nothing else in it. If you want expensive and delicious, there is a burger lab across the street that will completely satisfy your gourmet tastes.

An excellent Japanese restaurant, with exquisite and unusual dishes, friendly, but not always remembering the order and sometimes forgetting about the tables by the waiters. The interior is unfinished, on the one hand Japanese minimalism, on the other a piece of uncouth factory with huge ceilings and wide columns that break up the hall, which kills the feeling of comfort.
I recommend coming on weekdays, and the hours are light, because otherwise the chefs are in a hurry and the dishes go to a level or two below the standards of the institution. This will not prevent you from enjoying your meal if you are very hungry, but you will clearly lose those details and proportions during cooking and the features originally conceived by the creative chef of this restaurant.

A cool restaurant with gourmet cuisine (there are not so many of them in Minsk) in a modern Japanese way and polite, competent staff - you can safely rely on their recommendations of dishes, and the sommelier will offer alcohol "in the theme" even for dessert! Recently, I have often and with pleasure spent time there both for business meetings and just to relax and drink a glass of delicious wine. There are two menus - morning and evening - and there is something to enjoy there! Definitely my personal recommendation

The entire impression of the interior of the restaurant is spoiled by the utility room reserved for the wardrobe.
