An honest review. I rate the work of the Florins store employees at 1 on a five-point scale. Zhuldyz reminded the manager about my order the day before my birthday! To which he received assurance that everything would be done on time and efficiently. In fact 1. The birthday girl did not receive the bouquet at the appointed time. 2. I heard the stupidest excuses about the allegedly confused delivery time. What can be confused with 7:30 in the morning? Is there another 7:30 in the Earth's day? Or is the manager from the UK and it was necessary to specify the AM or RM and the delivery time? 3. Even after several hours of disrupted delivery, no one wrote to me in WhatsApp and did not inform me about the alleged impossibility of getting through to the recipient of the bouquet at the appointed time!

My husband gave me a bouquet for others. I immediately put the bouquet in the water before the leaves (the leaves were not in the water). The bouquet was delivered on 13.01.24 at around 14:00. Photo today at 13:00 t.n. a day has passed. I know that the flowers need to be pruned. But during the day, some buds just dried up and fell off. This has never happened before. The flower may wither, become soft, but it will not fall off completely ... the photo is attached. The mood is spoiled, the money is spent. I do not recommend it.
