I want to leave my feedback about this organization. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards clients. On March 4, I ordered a bouquet for March 8 to my mother, who lives more than 7 thousand kilometers away from me, it was agreed that delivery would be in the morning. The order has been paid for. Now the long-awaited day has come, I expect that my surprise will please my mother very much. But for some reason, there is a suspicious silence from both mom and this organization. I write on Whatsapp to the operator who took the order: "when will the delivery be?", and it was already at 12.26. And silence in response!!!!!! I write at 21.01, and the operator responds to me:
I'm sorry, please. We have it listed that we have sent a courier to you. In the evening, an overlay was noticed, but again, when checking, it showed delivered. 2 almost identical addresses. The manager apparently made a mistake and marked your order. Let's send a twice as magnificent bouquet tomorrow. Unfortunately, there are mistakes. We work very responsibly, but managers are also people.
We understand our responsibility. Tell me, what can we do now?
I'm just shocked!!!!! And they ask what can be done? And what can be done already? The store is already closed, and they offer to deliver my miracle surprise the next day. And what kind of surprise will it be? As they say, the road is a spoon for lunch!!!! This is the first time I have encountered such irresponsibility. If you work for a company that brings joy to people and on which the mood of people depends, then be kind to treat your work in good faith.
Naturally, the holiday was not a success!!!

My mom recently had a birthday and despite the fact that I am in another city, I still wanted to congratulate her. I ordered a basket of flowers with delivery. I really liked that they sent me a photo of the composition before delivering it to my mother. The basket was certainly gorgeous, the florists did their best, well done.
