I received these two bouquets as a gift. The big bouquet was bought on Lenin, and the pink one on Nikolayev. That the one that wilted after a day, or rather rotted. They were initially rotten, but I did not betray this importance, the stems fell apart barely touching them, all the buds on the stems are brown. In short, the bouquet flew into the trash almost on the same day.
I would like to say separately about the service of this store. The young man ordered via Instagram with delivery. Firstly, one delivery time was agreed upon, but in fact they were delivered earlier than the scheduled time, and then they called and confronted the fact. There is also a paid delivery. Secondly, the bouquet itself was selected from the store's account (photo attached) and does not match the application. The store also notified that One flower will be replaced (a rose), as it is not available. But in fact, Half of the bouquet was replaced and the price became higher than originally stated. Why did the price rise if the flowers were replaced with cheaper options? It's unknown to me. And this is the third one.
I know that during transportation it is necessary to pack flowers in shipping paper so that they do not freeze. Just in those days, the temperature was zero, and maybe even subzero. So there was no such paper. And they didn't even put a bag with a water additive so that the bouquet would stand longer. Since they were packing and saw that the flowers were rotten, they could have already put that unfortunate bag in order to prolong their durability for at least two days.
I advise you to avoid these stores, because it's a horror. No mood, no beautiful bouquet.
We bought balloons (numbers) with helium, the seller did not securely tie the shoelaces to the balloons, after we got out of the car, the balloons just flew away and we were left with the shoelaces in our hands (the balloons cost 50 rubles), when we tried to solve this situation, we were offered to pay another 20 rubles and the balloons would be changed.. when my husband came to get the balls, they didn't have the right number.. I thought it was the best store in our city..it turned out- it seemed. The photo shows how securely the balls were tied, which just slipped out.
I bought a white rose for 10 rubles 1 piece, when I came home and took off the package I was shocked, the leaves were in terrible shape, I attach a photo. On the second day, the roses began to wilt, which is not surprising based on the condition of the leaves. How do I give it now? Avoid this store!
The price of roses is high, wilted the next day. I ordered a bride's bouquet for the wedding, didn't understand at all what I needed, came to pick up the bouquet and was just shocked. I went to get the bride with a broom!))) Now I'm buying flowers elsewhere.
