We had a rest with our family in Florushka from 19.09-25.09. A very cozy hotel. There are a lot of fruit trees on the territory, a lot of lighting (which creates a special atmosphere). The sea is really a 1-minute walk away, there was always a place on the beach (I warn you that the beach is not equipped, but this may even be a plus). Unfortunately, we were not very lucky with the weather, there were only 2 sunny days (but the hotel has a refrigerator with various drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) at the price of shops, without cheating, which saved us). A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for those who appreciate peace and quiet. Upon arrival, we received an invitation to the Lviv Park as a gift, it was very pleasant and interesting to visit this place! Varya and Nadia send greetings to Lyova, Cheese and Count Bezukhov, they miss them very much. Thank you very much for your hospitality, we really enjoyed everything!

Thank you for a great vacation and a gorgeous birthday gift: we were delighted with visiting the Lviv park, be sure to buy food, it's cool to feed the lions. We really liked the hotel: well-groomed territory, cozy houses, fine bed linen, an area with fruit trees, and of course a great beach. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail in the shared kitchen there is everything you need: dishes, 2 sinks, 2 microwave ovens, refrigerator. The children and I really enjoyed it, we will definitely come back to you again.

We were on vacation in early October and stayed in different places. Flora is an ideal place in terms of price-quality ratio. The beach is behind the fence, there is a kitchen with a bunch of dishes, a barbecue in a separate area with a light and a sink, which is very convenient. As clean as possible, the staff cleans the area daily and more than once, very friendly people. The place itself is like a park with fruit trees, tangerines, feijoa grow. We really liked it. In other places where we stayed, and these are 3 more hotels, there were a lot of disadvantages, while they cost either the same or much more expensive. Flora - I will recommend only you to everyone.

A great place for a family vacation! The houses, the kitchen, the territory are clean and equipped. A quiet, peaceful suburb of Athos, a large number of cafes nearby at a normal price tag with delicious food.
Special attention is paid to the beach 50m from the gate, with a gorgeous entrance to the sea, the water is clean. We rode on other beaches both towards Sukhum and towards Gudauta - near Flora the most-the most.
It was also very nice to receive invitations to the Lviv Park, this is a separate big story of the hosts 🦁🐯🐅 you are well done))

We decided on the choice for a long time and we are glad that we did not lose. Cozy, atmospheric, clean, all amenities. The garden of tangerines and feijoa did not leave anyone indifferent at all. We had a family vacation and we have only positive impressions. The hostess is very kind and sociable. Upon arrival, tangerines, pomegranates and free tickets to the Lviv Park were handed over. In general, I advise everyone.

A new recreation center, the houses are very comfortable, both for 2 people and for a family! A beautiful, well-groomed territory with a garden, flowers, there is a barbecue area (turnkey and firewood and grates, etc.). We had a rest with a pet, very friendly owners! To the sea, though through the railway, but 30 meters, no inconvenience! Kitchen, with gas and electric panels, refrigerator both in the room and in the shared kitchen, microwave, everything for the convenience of vacationers, I advise 👍

The Flora Hotel has left us with the warmest and most joyful impressions. This place is really unique and has a special atmosphere, which is created not only by the beauty of nature, but also by the sincere people who work here. First of all, we were struck by the hospitality of the hosts, Oleg and Ekaterina. They did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable, memorable and filled with pleasant moments as possible.
The hotel is in a great location — the first line to the sea, a clean and well-maintained beach is literally within walking distance. The feeling of peace is created by the remoteness from noisy places, while everything you need is nearby: there is a homemade cafe nearby, as well as the city of New Athos with its sights, including the famous New Athos Cave. We could easily get to all these places, which was one of the advantages of our stay.
There is a place for cooking and eating on the territory of the hotel. There is a barbecue and a cauldron. We had breakfast and went to see something new. We found very beautiful places for ourselves every day.
The houses in the hotel are cozy, made with care for each guest. It is clear that everything is thought out, everything is done with a soul and for the convenience of vacationers. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and towels are provided.
It is also worth noting the territory, which is surrounded by greenery and fruit trees. It was nice to walk past the trees strewn with ripe fruits. With the permission of the owners, you can pick a tangerine and enjoy the taste of ripe fruit right from the tree — this is really a rare pleasure! Thanks to such a thoughtful and very well-groomed green area, a feeling of complete fusion with nature is created.
It would be fair to say that there is a railway that runs next to the hotel, but trains rarely ran and we did not hear them, so it did not cause us any concern.
A 20-minute drive from the hotel is a place called "Pride". It was created and opened by the owners of the hotel. This is not just an area where you can see wild animals, but a whole mini-reserve where lions and tigers are kept, there is even a jaguar. They can be fed by buying food from an employee. Animals are rescued, treated and cared for here. This is a real matter of the soul, and when we visited the Pride we felt it. Looking at these majestic and noble animals, you realize how difficult and valuable work the owners put into them. The lions and tigers we saw looked healthy, well-groomed and calm.
In addition to lions and tigers, other animals can also be seen on the territory. Our children were delighted with the donkeys, who were always happy to communicate, and especially with Roma's camel. When we arrived, the camel was quietly standing in its pen and quietly chewing. We tried to get his attention so that he would come to us, but he was strict and harsh. The caretaker Anatoly, seeing this camel's discourtesy, shouted – Roma, be a man, come to people! And immediately Roma moved his paws and came up to us for a photo together.
At Pride, we met an interesting man, Anatoly, who lives here and conducts conversations with guests. Anatoly impressed us with his wisdom, deep knowledge and benevolence. In his stories and reflections on life and animals, we discovered something new and valuable. Anatoly knows how to inspire reflection.

A great place to relax! We had a rest in September from 20.09-29.09, we really liked it, cozy houses, green territory, a kitty without an ear spoils this picture a little, the location is excellent, there are many cafes nearby, a bus stop, a good beach 50m away. from the gate. We have just returned from a vacation in Abkhazia and the Flora guest house, emotions are overwhelming! How wonderful everything was, everything was thought out to the smallest detail by the owners of the guest house, so that the rest was comfortable and carefree!!!! A large area with lots of greenery, flowers , trees , a shared kitchen with everything necessary for cooking, a wonderful barbecue area , cool, comfortable houses with everything you need , like a floating bed, the main bonus is the purest sea in 2 minutes walk!!!!In general, everything is available for an unforgettable vacation. Good afternoon! I had a rest from 01.09. to 07.09.24. The rest was wonderful. I won't write much about nature, it's gorgeous, Abkhazia is Abkhazia. The sea is a tear, warm, affectionate. The beach is sandy and pebbly, it is very convenient to enter. There were few people at that time (I don't know how it was in the summer). I really liked the territory of Flora. There are not many cottages, respectively, and people too. No one bothers each other. There are many trees, flowers - an oasis. The lighting is well thought out. The cottages are wonderful (all photos correspond to reality). Split, TV, refrigerator. water, Wi-Fi, everything always works. The cottages are also well located, not wall to wall, so the neighbors do not interfere with each other, and they are not heard. We were lucky with the weather, of course, it was sunny all the time, it rained once at lunch, but by evening we were already swimming. Special thanks to the hosts, Oleg and Katerina. Wonderful guys. Always attentive, always prompt, advise. Respect!!! In general, a great place by all accounts. Recommend. Have a good rest!

A divine place! We answered the call in November) I called several places from Yandex maps, who no longer worked, who did not settle for 1 night, who did not take bodies. Here the sea is noisy, the orange garden and Feihuya are growing and the lighting is chic and houses with 2 heaters, the bed is clean. It is comfortable with a large bed, a small one and a sofa. We settled in fine with my mom. Towels were provided. There is a kitchen outside, tables. The houses have their own verandas. The distance to the sea by train is 1 min on foot. But trains are rare, they don't bother. It's so cozy and quiet and the sea is noisy. The WiFi is working. There is no food, you can cook. There is firewood and a barbecue. Drinking water from the tap. There is no light in Abkhazia as a whole from 4 to 6 and from 16 to 18, almost everywhere there is only cash. Sometimes a translation. But roaming is the same, the Internet did not work in roaming with MTS, the zabugorishche tariff was connected, but nothing was connected.
In general, I want to return to this place with my husband) to New Athos 12 minutes by car. There is hot water, but no soap. There's a piece of paper in the toilet. There are dark curtains. The bathroom floor is cold in November, the house floor is wooden chic) the hostess is good-natured.

We had a rest in this wonderful place! A new recreation center with clean and new houses, pleasant and sincere owners who will always come to the rescue!
Initially, we booked for 5 days, but we liked it so much that we extended it for another 5 days (we were lucky that there were free houses)). The sea is 1 minute away. Well-groomed and landscaped territory! Ah! Another point: free tickets to the Lviv Park 👍🏻

A great place to relax 🔥 we rested for a week with 4 children - a quiet, peaceful place, the sea is within walking distance, there is everything you need. The houses are very cozy, everything is new and of high quality. The center of New Athos is 5 minutes by car, by the way, Parking is also available.
