We ordered 2 (two) bouquets of flowers and it was agreed on March 8 , for 14-30 days . The payment is fully confirmed and even 3000 rubles were paid separately for the courier. The first bouquet arrived at 20: 00 and the second at 21: 40 . And then after calling them . There are a lot of couriers , but they don 't have ONE courier . For the price - a kick-ass 28000t. and 23500t. Of course , none of the flowers that were indicated were brought . They brought it to whom ? No longer needed by anyone , the guests have left . I understand you 're recruiting customers , but you decided to save money on couriers . You paid for it , when will you eat ? Find a dozen differences

This order is a complete disappointment. Firstly, the bouquet that I ordered was delivered completely wrong. Flowers were replaced without my knowledge — this, as for me, is generally unacceptable! I chose and paid for the specific composition of the bouquet, but the girl received something completely different in her hands. Is it really difficult to contact the client and discuss a replacement if it is required? Absolute disrespect to the customer, especially when it comes to personal gifts such as flowers. In addition, I ordered not only a bouquet, but also additional sweets and a drink. The result? They just "forgot" to put the drink in. Only sweets arrived, and this despite the fact that I paid for the full set. I'm not talking about the time and money spent on this order. The impression is that the company does not consider it necessary to be responsible for its obligations to the client. Now about the bouquet itself. I expected the girl to like him, but because of your negligence, the situation turned out to be quite the opposite. You replaced the flowers, and, as it turned out, with those to which she is allergic! You have no idea how much this has ruined the mood for both of us. Instead of joy, there is disappointment and discontent. It was a gift from the bottom of my heart, and you brought everything to naught with your unprofessionalism. And besides, where is the photo before sending? You have not sent any confirmation of what the bouquet looks like before sending. (Yes, I did not ask for this, but perhaps you should send it to me, since such replacements were made) As a result, instead of fresh, beautiful flowers, there was a slightly wilted bouquet on his hands, as if it were several days old. To be honest, I have never asked for a refund for such orders before, but in this case it is fully justified. My order turned out to be completely different from what I paid for. And your "gesture" in the form of a 10% discount for the future is just a mockery. Where is the guarantee that the next order will be executed better? I demand to return at least half of the amount, people still did it with their own hands, if the company at all somehow values its reputation. At the moment, I am very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with your service! In addition, it has now become clear: it turns out that sweets are also a bummer... In general, everything else was sent... WHAT AAAAAASS!!!!!!!! I'VE NEVER HAD THIS BEFORE. WHY DO I REQUIRE A REFUND: Yes, it's just that if they told me about replacing flowers and sweets, then I would definitely refuse the order and that's it! THE SECOND PHOTO IS WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN

I ordered a bouquet to congratulate my daughter on March 8. Everything was done 100% Thanks to the store and the company for the excellent work done.The bouquet was collected and delivered on time.I am proud that we have such companies that work conscientiously.
